Then I decided since I'm off work for a staycation I should really make it a staycation and have a massage. Amy was great when I called to schedule. She explained what RJ expect and helped alleviate some of my nerves. The massage room was nice and relaxing. I thought it would be hard for me to relax being mostly naked, with a stranger giving a massage but she really did a great job. Before I'd even turned over, I was ready to schedule the next session. I've also been concerned about having a massage because of my ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery in 2019. I still have quite a bit of soreness and stiffness in my knee but I think getting a regular massage will help reduce some of my knee issues. And my quad seriously needed the massage. I'm really happy I gave it a chance! I'd definitely recommend Amy if you're a newbie or experienced at massages!
