Don't trust this place. The service is fine but they threaten you to tip. They are very intimidating. They pretty much want you to pay double. Went twice but will never return again. Essentially it's coercion or borderline extortion. Made me very uncomfortable and just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. read more

Massage was fine. I put $10 tip on my credit card. As I am walking outside, the massage lady literally runs out after me saying that $10 tip was not enough for a hour massage. I scheduled an appointment for today with a woman and I ended up with a man. I didn't appreciate that very much and he smelled like cigarette smoke. I went ahead and did the massage but I wasn't very happy and then they expected a tip at the end cause when I was leaving they were like tip tip. I will probably not go back. read more

I was getting a full body massage so I was given a private room. My masseuse was very skilled and used various techniques. I am very pleased and plan on returning. I tried this massage parlor for the first time last week and I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are super fair, and the masseuse I had, May, was extremely nice. I am very picky with massage parlors, so between the reasonable pricing, multiple massage options, and friendly staff, I will very likely be back. The only thing I would mention is that while I recommend trying this location, it is by no means a chain massage parlor with all the bells and whistles. But for what it's worth, at the very least try a foot massage- totally worth it!! read more

So honestly this is no place to look at. You come in and there are rows of open "booths" with half walls with no privacy. When I arrived there was a lady working on someone in one of the "booths" (I don't know what else to call them)...she spoke no English. I asked if they offered deep tissue and she didn't understand me. She did offer me to sit down on the couch to wait (but I'm a germaphope and I'm not sitting on an old white couch). Eww. I maybe waited 5-10 mins before she put me in a back room more private with "walls". Think accordion wall that doesn't reach the ceiling. They used towels (not blankets) which I honestly liked bc I think they are more apt to throw that in the washer than a bunch of blankets and sheets. Here's where the 5 stars come in--TOM. My masseuse showed up and for 60 minutes ($60) he worked me out with DEEP TISSUE. This is what I prefer, something that is going to benefit me long term, not just feel good in the moment. It is frustrating to pay for a deep tissue massage and get piddy-paddy soft hands. No thank you. I asked for therapeutic and that's what I got. Definitely a fan! read more

We have been coming here since last year, and when COVID hit we were devastated!! Today was our first time back since February and boy have we missed it! Daisy and her team always makes my husband and I soooo comfy and feel welcomed, needless to say this is of course the best massage place in Columbus. Daisy could tell that my neck and shoulders were super tight since we've been working from home, and spent extra time and effort on that for me. As for my husband, he has back problems and they always do tremendous magical work for us since we get the 90 minute (30 feet + 60 body) package. Highly recommend if you want great work done to loosen up. With COVID, I felt they were very clean and did appropriate measures to keep us safe... and I don't take that lightly! I got a 60 min full body massage and a 30 min foot massage combo here yesterday. I'm sad I discovered this place 2 days before I move away, because this was one of the best massages I've ever had!! The foot massage section of the spa has small (maybe 4-5 ft) barriers in between each chair, I thought it was appropriate and private enough for just a foot and leg massage. They use towels to cover your eyes and body. They wash your feet in a basin before the foot massage. They used hot stones (with no upcharge!) and it was very relaxing. After the 30 min foot massage, I was moved to a fully private room and was asked to remove all clothing other than underwear. I was worried that my massage therapist wouldn't be strong enough for the level of deep tissue I like, but I was so wrong! She did an AMAZING job and really worked the knots out of my back. I just got done camping for 2 weeks and my neck and back were in really rough shape. She found all the knots and worked through them. She even walked on my back which I wasn't expecting but it felt amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I usually only go sports massage spas but wanted someplace that could fit me in same day and found this place on yelp. Highly highly recommend. read more

This is an Asian place that does the more therapeutic type work that I love. I stop in here to get the knots worked out of my neck, shoulders, arms, and legs. They have massage areas 'out in the open' if you want a massage through your clothes or just on your feet. They also have cozy rooms closed by screens for a full body massage, or for hot stone massage. The Bethel Road location is very convenient. It's only 2 doors down from Sally's Beauty Supply, and Walmart is also in the plaza. Daisy is my therapist. She does deep tissue work, but gladly adjusts the pressure to my preference. She lets me zone out, but often I enjoy talking with her near the end. She speaks very good English and has a wonderful personality. I always feel so good after getting a massage, and spending time with a friend. Highly recommend! read more

Wow, this was a great massage, I called ahead to get an appointment, and opted for 30 minute foot massage and 60 minute body massage, and glad I did. Daisy was professional and skilled, and used the right amount of pressure, moderating between hard, medium and soft. Appropriate masks and distancing were provided throughout, and nice linens that were clean. Many places seem to skimp on that, Happy Feet Relaxing does not. I have sciatica, so need extra time on hips & glutes, and Daisy was professional dug in and and got the job done, wow, what a good massage. I will be back and bring my wife here as well, she has been looking for a good foot massage place, and we've found it! Right next to Chase Bank, give them a try. read more
