It's always super easy to schedule a same-day (or same-morning) appointment by calling. They can usually get you in ASAP, and once you show up, you are ushered to your room right away. Parking is always questionable since it's located in Dun Huang Plaza, but if you come early enough in the morning, parking has never been an issue. I have seen Mike the past couple of visits and my partner regularly goes to see Alan. Both are super solid and we've never had an issue scheduling with them. I prefer my massages DEEP, and Mike does go really deep. To the point I question whether I need to warn him not to push any further or else he might break my back... They have very clean restrooms and complimentary water for guests. Couches in the waiting area are super comfy if you do end up having to wait for a bit.
