I have called and left messages, but there is no response. I called today to get some answers and pay my bill. I talked to someone who was very short with me; which I allowed to get me short. and would not give me her name to me after I was made to feel awful because of my frustration, then she hung up on me. She told me the doctor told the front desk not to call me back because the diagnostic clinic can call insurance. She said, "It's on them." So, does that mean I don't deserve a call back to inform me about procedures that I don't know about? I know my mistake, and I owned it . Didn't think about an allergic reaction to contrast dye when I wrote out my paperwork. I got a call back. Supposedly, they call the imaging clinic. During the conversation, I was told that the clinic had called me several times. I looked at my phone history, and that wasn't true. I also have call history with the unanswered calls from the doctor's office. I really wanted this to be a step towards solution. I'm not really sure about it now.

And he took an X-ray to show my damage big toe bone that healed incorrectly after it was broke. He informed me the procedure I needed to correct this is called Hallux Rigidus Hemi Implant. In other words, I needed to have my big toe joint repaired. So I researched this, watched the procedure on YouTube. Wrote down questions about this, the Implant piece and other procedures and met with him again. He was very patient with my inquiries and explained how over the years and with many, many surgeries under his belt, how this one was correct and why. At that time, I told him how I was battling with plantar fasciitis for about a year, and he went thru all of the remedies I needed to do on my own to correct. Once he realized I had tried them all unsuccessfully, he gave me a steroid injection right there and then. And when he told me it was going to be painful, he wasn't kidding. It took 3 days of pain for that steroid shot to work, but I know have relief. I also had the surgery. 1 month post op and I still have a ways to go.

After about 1.5 years of getting absolutely nowhere, I went to Dr. Seeber. He gave me an x ray and told me that I have a bone tumor that needs to be removed. It was nearly one inch long and I could clearly see it on the x ray. It has been removed and I can heal now no thanks to a doctor who could not see a 1 inch tumor growing from my heel, Dr. Mary White. When I saw the first x ray at Mary White's office, they never bothered to show me this tumor and I'm not sure why. Dr. Seeber saw it right away and wondered why the other podiatrist (Mary White) did not see or acknowledge it. (This wasted a year and a half of my life in severe pain! Don't GO TO DR MARY WHITE!

This is not the first time that I've had problems at that location. I was supposed do do a pre employment drug screen. Now because of laziness and ignorance. A bunch of drugs that was causing blisters in my mouth so bad i could only drink liquids . Throat swelling the first neurologist told me don't eat foods or drink anything that aggravates it ! I go to RPM I'm desperate at this point what can I loose . They did some ultrasounds told me whatever I'm taking for inflammation it isn't working. Stop taking it . I also stopped taking pre gablin on my own because I was hating the side effects it was causing. I switched back to naproxen . I stopped cbd thc because it wasn't doing anything for pain and definitely wasn't helping with inflammation. The Otho ill pain clinic wouldn't renew my muscle relaxer since I was on one i. It was the same muscle relaxer I was on for decades it wasn't new . So with RPM my balance increased I was not relying on a cane all the time. And I had pain relief. No I wouldn't say I was even close to my old normal self prior to Covid. But I was able to pace myself to do some things I haven't done since June 2023 . It was a work in progress with multiple breaks. I need to contact them again.because January 23 2026 I was involved with a high speed vehicle impact . Things are popping up or not improving with the rice method. It sucks when I was making progress!

I go to PT twice a week for stretching exercises, cognitive theropy for my brain trauma, then they spoil me with a massage & electrical stimulation to help me wind down after every session. Every time I walk out the door I feel like I've done something that was good for myself. And two, I don't know if my x-ray machine will go through "all that tissue." * Okay, let's see if we can get a decent image through "all that tissue." * Well, I got a good enough image, but now I have to see if I can even get you on the table. And I'm not sure I can get to the problem area anyway through "all that tissue." * When I put the table back up, you'll need to lean all the way forward or you're going to tip the table with "your build." * I will do what I can for you, maybe help you 30-40%, then you should be more mobile, and you can (circles his hand in the air around my middle) begin to take care of "that."
