Mike came to their house, setup a beautiful table scape for them, prepared all the dishes from scratch and cleaned up the kitchen as well. My parents didn't have to lift a finger. I wanted to really do something special for my mother as her health has been slowly declining due to dementia and it has been really hard on my dad. As soon as Chef Mike left they called me with the biggest smiles on their faces. My dad raved about his lamp chops, my mother couldn't stop talking about her favorite appetizer the spinach dip and the creme brulee. They loved everything and were very impressed with everything. Especially Chef Mike setting everything up and then cleaning up too. They enjoyed getting to know him and my mother couldn't believe that they are practically neighbors lol. What stood out to us was how fluffy the eggs were and how savory both the potatoes and artisan bread were.
