I do use them for water testing but avoid them for anything else since I was disappointed with the original pool installation they did for me. It started leaking a few days after the installation and the owner showed up with some plumbers putty instead of fixing it properly. To be honest I am shocked that they are still in business.

The company I am now using has as much, if not more, experience as they fixed ongoing issues I was having in one visit , evolution did not ever fix the issues. One cannot ignore prices that are more than doubled with the same (or better) quality of service.

They take the time to educate agents and buyers so they are fully aware of the findings, offer buyers after service support and even return to double check something if the buyer needs further explanation. Most agents have a very short list of preferred inspectors who meet our criteria and hopefully work for their client, the buyer. There are other good inspectors who don't make our list for various reasons and others who just don't make the list. Buyers sometimes hire inspectors through other recommendations or at random and most times have good success. The, Wealthiest Man in Babylon did not go to the blacksmith for advice on precious stones!
