The company I am now using has as much, if not more, experience as they fixed ongoing issues I was having in one visit , evolution did not ever fix the issues. One cannot ignore prices that are more than doubled with the same (or better) quality of service.

There are other good inspectors who don't make our list for various reasons and others who just don't make the list. Buyers sometimes hire inspectors through other recommendations or at random and most times have good success.
