It's now the beginning…read moreof May, I was upset that I was not told that if they leave these huge mounds of wood shavings from the root grinding it would take years to decompose. They also should have only left what was necessary for the hole to be filled in and a bit for settling, not huge mounds that make the yard look like skiing humps. I called and was given promises week after week that they'd come and pick it up. I ended up handling it all myself, but when I did, I uncovered hidden under the shavings stumps are above ground level sticking out. Additionally, the diesel fuel that they spelt and were aware of and said that they'd come back and fix it along with the oil spill in my driveway from their truck. They never came back to eradicate the damages, so I was left to do my best to do it myself. In the meantime, I now have on a tarp under my carport dirt that was dug up and now remains a 4' round 4 foot deep hole in my front yard at the front door. I don't know if I even got all the contaminated soil out. They've been kindly notified of this, but it goes on deaf ears. So I tried to put a claim through their insurance company because they carry insurance and they themselves blocked it from going through because they didn't want to pay their deductible! So why the heck do you even have insurance? It's really quite a shame because they were very personable, fun, decent guys, so I thought. I'm really very disappointed in them.
