We met our interior designer at their showroom and had our architectural plans with us, which I recommend. The process of choosing materials for your home's counter-tops, backsplashes, and other surfaces couldn't be easier. I recall them having a good amount of "stock" surfaces to choose from when we built back in 2011, but their choices have significantly expanded since then. We were able to select from a wide variety of quartz and granite at a very reasonable price point, but they have a huge selection of materials should you want something other than their stock selections. They are also happy to price out different material choices for you before you make your final choice, which makes the process that much better. Top it off with great service and professional installation and choosing Top of the World Granite becomes a no-brainer and I can recommend them without hesitation.

Installed damaged quartz with a chip on the edge of the cutout for the sink and chips where they…read morecut holes for the faucet and water filtration system. They got epoxy all over the exterior of our cupboards when installing the quartz. They broke my sink and when they finally installed the replacement sink they got black tar like adhesive all over the wall of my cupboards. They admitted their damage and attempted to clean it up with paint thinner which made it worse. They miscut a corner of the quartz by the dining room wall. Sent photo to owner of chip in quartz but me. Stein never got back to us. ZERO accountability for their incompetent installers.

Then there was the stupid cuts that were made that were just plain ugly. They require you to pay completely up front so you have no recourse after you sign dozens of disclaimers protecting them and nothing to protect you from their incompetence or mistakes. They did not even to pay for the damaged and broken part of the sink panel. Two weeks ago we were told they would get back to us......still waiting but don't expect we will ever hear from them again. Listened to make sure to use every ounce of space in the new cabinet design. Went over the different cabinet materials to choose the right price range of product for us. Printout of the new layout was spot on with the design plan we were thinking. Update after we get it finished.
