I…read morehad to go to another dermatologist for one year when I changed insurance, and was so happy when I could go back to her the next year when my insurance changed again. Often you will have to wait to see her, but that is because she will take all the time she needs to hear about your problem/concerns and then address them. She always gives a thorough mole check and stays on top of anything that is suspicious. Dr. C attends a lot of conferences to keep abreast of the lasted skin cancer and skin issues and isn't afraid to try new things. I have referred many friends to her over the years, and she has treated my husband also when he needed a mole removed. He hates needles and she was very patient with him and made sure he was properly numbed up and didn't feel (or see) a thing as she had him draped up like a mummy haha. The only complaint I have, is the back office admin staff can be hard to deal with if you have insurance questions. I don't think it should reflect on her rating, it is more a problem with the office manager. I trust her implicitly with my skin care and look forward to going to her for many more years!

They're both thorough, kind, and happy to answer all my questions. Suzanne has performed many biopsies on me; she's always gentle and checks in with me as she works. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. There's always calm, zen music playing that's so relaxing I've almost fallen asleep in the waiting room. I recently had my first microneedling session, which went great. The MA was super sweet and listened to the areas I wanted to focus on. She gave me detailed instructions on aftercare and addressed my concerns. I really can't ask for a better dermatological practice and I'm so glad I found them!

Grace over filled my face with filler and Botox recently all on the same visit. I looked like I'd been stung by a bees nest! The filler made my face huge looking un natural and terrible. ! I spent thousands- I'm so embarrassed and sick! No reply from owner and I called the manager, Laura, but she basically said it's my problem. I had to pay full price, hundreds of dollars, to get it out and it still looks horrible. They were not helpful or caring what so ever! A new person I'm going to delute the awful filler said she was shocked how much BodyLase injected into my face! Buyers beware! A nitemare for me financially and physically!
