After reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to visit Brian for the first time, and I couldn't be more grateful that I did. My Mercedes GLE350 SUV had developed a terrible smell in the passenger area, and it was so overwhelming that I had to wear a mask just to drive the vehicle to his workshop. In an instant, Brian pinpointed the issue: the engine mountings had melted, and the catalytic converter needed replacement due to overheating while driving. He mentioned that the melted mountings were quite an unusual occurrence. After dropping off my car (as I scheduled the week before), I had not heard a word. At 9:30 a.m. I called to make sure they were working on it and found it was still parked outside and the person in charge wasn't in yet. I left a message with the mechanic for the owner to call me before they started working on my car. At 10:20 a.m. received not a word and left another voice message. They may do good work once they start, but any company with such an inattentive front desk is a serious problem. read more

By far the worse place I've taken my BMw not only did it cost 1300$ under my hood they couldn't even clean off the leaves and all the shit that was under my hood. They broke my cable to open my Hood which is very difficult to now open there's another problem now which my engine it hasn't even been 3 weeks I've had my car back ! Whew! An alternative to the Bra-meister dealership service centers that are not really interested in repairing your car, just milking you out of your hard earned cash... These guys are pleasant to deal with, explain everything to you and work with you and your warranties. After taking our BMW 650ci convertible to various dealerships in various states and receiving no solution, Brian was able to fix our problem. Not even a blink. He has since performed maintenance on our vehicle at about half what it costs at the dealership. Foreign Auto Specialist (Brian Baxter) worked on my vehicle and based on the repair or lack there of, they should have gone directly to my bank for the money without allegedly diagnosing and supposedly fixing the problem. Took the vehicle to the MB dealership and they did a quick reset of a simple fault that FAS said I needed hundreds of dollars to repair. I'll be making a report with the Better Business Bureau.
