Called and spoke to someone at Foresight office. Was told that Greg was out on a job and would call me back. Was also told by the gentleman that answered the phone that Greg was usually good at getting back to people and given a turnaround time of 24 hours, so i left my details. It has been almost two weeks now and not a word from this company. Very disappointing. FEMA recently revised the Flood Maps, which placed my property and the property of many people in South San Francisco directly in a flood zone. We were informed by our home loan agencies that flood insurance had to be purchased. If we did not purchase the flood insurance ourselves, our banks would purchase it for us and add it on to our home loan (mortgage). In order to remove our property from the flood zone, we were told (by FEMA) that we had to have an elevation survey completed by a licensed surveyor. As a result of this, I called many licensed surveyors over a period of about 2-3 weeks....all of the surveyors I talked to on the telephone were either rude, unavailable, or flat-out not interested in helping us in South San Francisco EXCEPT Greg Ippolito. Greg was exceptionally flexible with me (and my neighbors) and actually agreed to decrease the cost of our elevation survey. Greg has integrity - and demonstrated this in various ways.
