THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST RED FLAG! Even the regular work they did quote was done poorly. Ordered the wrong windows to start, I accepted an alternative window to keep the project moving, which also turned out to be poor quality. When I followed up about all the work not being done, they kept telling me they were 'working on a solution', but literally never called me back after each time I reached out. I believed this business is under new ownership. They all literally blamed each other. The owner said his employees were incompetent, the Administrative Assistant blamed the estimator, it was a vicious cycle of finger pointing within their own company. Avoid at all costs, fraudulent and lying to the core. Not surprising at all that they aren't BBB accredited.

York Exteriors' quote was thorough, thought of issues I hadn't considered, found savings I didn't realize were possible (i.e. some work that did not need doing) and entirely reasonable. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and were able to start work in a very short time period. Communication throughout was thorough, professional and excellent. The price was very reasonable and the quality was 10/10. I'm also aware that they offer an excellent warranty and more than anything, are proud of their work and want to make sure the customer is happy - today and in 5 years. The work: replacement of front and back gutters/eavestroughs, removal and replacement of 40+ year old siding on a 2.5 story wall and to get it to match existing siding on an addition, repair of wall under the old siding, removal and replacement of two windows, gutter guard on the troughs, cutting back trees that were brushing on the roof and clean up. I happily recommend Aaron and York Exteriors and will look to them again if I have any other work I want to get done.

He knew the right colour that would go with our brick and also the glass design that would work best for our home. We trusted his opinion and he was bang on. The windows were also replaced in the front and he chose a colour that would compliment the door. When everything was installed, the installers were courteous and professional. They were very meticulous about the finishing and did an awesome job cleaning up after. We are totally impressed with them. Highly recommend.
