We placed our orders and were almost done eating, but two of our companions still hadn't received their food. When I followed up, a lady server casually said their orders were never even listed! We had to reorder, only to be told later by another staff member that it would take 20 more minutes - and even suggested we just cancel instead. I explained that one of our companions had to drive all the way to Manila and needed to eat, and politely asked for any recommendation so they could at least have something quickly. Instead of being apologetic or helpful, the staff member was arrogant and made it seem like it was our fault. To make things worse, when I asked for the manager, he refused to face us even if we could clearly see him from afar. This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. Disorganized, unprofessional, and downright rude. If you value your time, your money, and basic respect as a customer, avoid this place at all costs.
