Great that you are not required to have a specific food options, you can bring food, your own chef, any catering you want to meet your get togethers needs. Parking in front and side of building. You get natural lighting. The colors are vibrant jewel tones and would complement any scheme. When I brought this up, the owner was very transparent about her response times and what to expect throughout the planning process, which I appreciated. The owner ultimately delivered everything that was promised and even included a few thoughtful upgrades at no additional cost. The venue looked great, everything came together beautifully, and our guests had a wonderful time celebrating our son's first birthday. Planning a milestone event can be stressful, so communication is important, but I also believe it's important to acknowledge when someone follows through. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we're grateful for the special memories we were able to create here.

However, the price tag was completely unreasonable for what was provided. $125 apiece and only included half a glass of champagne. We ordered two additional glasses of wine, a cocktail and two beers for another $60 plus tip, bringing our total for the night to over $300 for two. The dining experience, however delicious, was not worth $300, especially to not have individualized meals or service. The tables were not comfortable to hang out at after dinner. I would not recommend the event to anyone at that price. To better reflect the experience, I would put the price at $75 and no more than $100 apiece. $125 would have been slightly more reasonable had it been open bar, but as stated, it was not.

If you have a party you want to host but don't want to do it at your house for any reason then you should consider renting here.
