My experience started before I had even entered the store. It was a longer haired man, about 5' 11", breath smelled awful (I could tell because he was right in my face) so if you ever go here watch out! He's a big bad boy with lots of attitude. Brought it to the vape shop and the owner says "I haven't had that for 3 weeks" . I explained I bought the last 2 of this kind then, just opened this one last night. He said "maybe if you brought it back the next day" Huh?? If I opened and smoked all of them it would take at least a day to be ready to recharge. Then the bastard accused me of lying!!! He grabs it, plugs it in and IT DOESN'T WORK. THEN he accused me of bringing an EMPTY vape back to the store. (You can't see inside) I have NEVER been so insulted in my life. He raised his voice at me and AGAIN accused me of lying. Absolutely the worst service experience in my 50+ years!
