From the first phone call to check out it was a great experience! Everyone was SO friendly! We were led into the exam room within just a couple minutes of arriving. They drew the blood needed for the heartworm etc testing right there in the exam room and did the exam and vaccinations in there too. The previous vet took them out of the room and away from us which I do not care for. Everyone was so friendly and explained things thoroughly and patiently and pleasantly answered our questions. Price wise they did require a deposit for the exam on the phone, but overall the pricing was very fair and much more reasonable than we paid in TX or WV. Very happy to have found our new vet!

I can't get our time, stress or money back and I did try. We feel robbed. We didn't even get what we called them for. We needed rabies shots for our cats and it cost over $400 for them to come out and NOT give them the shots. We would have been fine paying that amount if they had actually given them their needed shots.
