The reviews were really good so I thought I'd chance it. I'm pretty picky and need very deep massage work. Susan worked my muscles so hard! In a good way. It's definitely not a typical American spa experience. They have bars on the ceiling to walk on your back. She mostly focused on my back and shoulders but she did do my whole body. It was a 60 minute slot. Warning for those it bothers...they are not afraid of nudity! You are given a small towel to cover yourself, which gets moved around as they are work on different areas. Also, there's a heating pad that they put on your back while working on other areas. I'm of a European mindset so nudity doesn't bother me but I know for some people it might. The only negative in my opinion is that because the ceiling is open for the handlebars and the "rooms" are closed with curtains, there was a little bell or alarm that kept ringing every little bit.
