After the sugar scrub and warm water rinse, we went into a nearby room for a quick massage to rub it in with some lotion. My least favorite was probably the soak, just because I was by myself in there for 30 minutes , couldn't avoid slipping around in the bowl shaped tub and just got bored.

Escape has had its hey day and is now way past its prime. It once traded on its name which means nothing now. There are too many spas that have opened in the past 10-15 years which have left Escape in its dust. And in the case of lack of cleanliness, the dust is now quite literal.

Within a couple of days, a lady named Robin, I believe, called me and wanted me to confirm my reservation. We went there the next week for our appointment, and the place was nicely decorated, calming, and serene. Robin was very welcoming with her smile. There was one aestician there that afternooon. Her name escapes me at the moment. We walked to the back. My friend went first and I waited in the waiting room for about 25 minutes. When it was my turn, the aestician led me to the room. She was excellent. She made sure that I wasn't nervous. She talked to me throughout the whole thing. I'm sure she's used to it and making conversation, but I'm glad she was! She had a very chill personality and we talked about a range of topics. Although I've only been once because waxing is expensive ($80), I was very impressed and pleased with their services. Well mine were chipping before the 12 hour mark & I got dip powder on my real nails & now I had to cut them all off, because the chipping caused a couple of my nails to break because they were weak! I'm so upset! It was my first & last time going there! I do not recommend dip from there! I literally could have cried & mind you she charged me 50$!! And now here I am having to go get my nails redone not even a week later! It's been 5 days!
