Not family friendly - The apartments themselves are beautiful and the grounds is always well kept. My main concern is the lack of concern Forest Meadows has for the culture there. The pool on site is beautiful, and although it should be a safe place to bring your family, it is not. There is zero dress code or concern that there have been several complaints made about someone dressing completely inappropriately. It is actually so bad that when we see a specific resident at the pool, due to how revealing her attire and behavior is, we leave because I don't know my children to be around that. I spoke with Bob, the owner of Forest Meadows about this, and although he assured me he would personally take care of the situation, he has not. It's disappointing that the person in charge doesn't care to protect the safety of his complex and clearly has zero intention to stop people dressing and acting as such. read more

My husband and I have lived her for over a year with our daughter who is now one. I can't say enough great things about this apartment building. We have had almost zero complaints, but anytime we did they went above and beyond to help to fix the problem. Maintenance always came same day anytime we needed. Everyone has been nice and professional. Landscaping is always maintained. Everyday you'll see the crew working on making this place beautiful. They also decorate for every season! It's a wonderful touch. The gym is open 24 hours and has very good equipment. As well as FREE workout classes daily. The pool is warm in the summer and big enough for everyone to enjoy even on crowded days. They even kept it open past most pools because it was still warm out! The office is wonderful and knows everyone names even thought we barley ever go in. Mariah always greets me by name and a smile. You get texted notification on packages that arrive in the office which is great too! Rent is easy to pay online. I almost never hear noise from other apartments unless I'm in the hallway which is huge for me with a baby. Thomas is a hardworking extremely friendly and understanding rental property manager. He has taken time twice to sit down and talk with us about moving since we bought a house. He did everything and then some to help us. This is a great place to live I can't say nicer things about here. They also allow animals which we don't have, but I'm glad we had the option if we wanted. For smokers there are cover pavilions with trash cans and benches which is nice. Everyone that lives here is friendly. We have had no issues and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great FAMILY place to live. Thank you Forest Meadows for being our stepping stone to a new journey. read more

Fantastic apartments if you want to live somewhere nice that is well maintained with a friendly helpful staff this is the place. We lived here for 3 years and only moved because of job relocation. The maintenance staff was quick effective and kind, we never had to wait more than a day for something to be fixed and it was always fixed correctly the first time. They even painted some of the walls while we lived there because of a few scuffs that bugged me. The office staff was great as well we really liked Sandy and they even waved a late fee that happened because I entered my payment information wrong while paying online. I absolutely loved Forest Meadows and would recommend it to anyone who wants a stress free nice place to call home. read more

This probably was the worst place you could go to especially for your first time being an apartment renter. the management treats you like you are worth nothing and you are not an adult and you are actually a child with no brain. the maintenance was half ass. but I will admit my choice of a roommate wasn't very good, but that also shouldn't have an effect on how they treated any of us. The first time we encountered an issue is when our roommate lied about how long our friend was visiting. he went up and told them they were there for months when it was actually a couple of weeks. But instead of reaching out to the other 2 people on the lease, they assumed and didn't talk to everyone on the lease but took one person's word for granted to take upon action. when we went to the office about something else, avis mentioned the comment, began talking and treating me like a child and didn't believe me until I mentioned how one of the agents told us we can have visitors stay with us up to two weeks. The 2nd encounter that we came across was a smoking complaint. When you first move into this apartment complex they asked if we were nonsmokers or smokers. We CLEARLY stated we are non smokers. NOT ONE OF US 3 THAT WERE ON THE LEASE SMOKED. we got a letter STATING that on more than 1 accurance they have seen us through our window smoking, and blowing it out the window. none of us smoked, and we also lived on the second floor. So by the letter that we received what we took from it was that people saw (who dont even know if we pay to smoke or if we dont) watched us supposedly smoking through our window on the second floor more than once. then mentioned how our building was a non smoking building but they forgot they had put us in a former smokers old apartment (Considering when we went to check out the apartment before we moved in they warned us about the muggy cigarette smell and it will be gone by the time we move in) the final encounter with the management was with the supposedly new manager Tomas. we forgot to turn our keys in the day of move out day, we turned them in the next night after I had called and asked why we got charged and then finally understood after I hung up. But what I have a problem with is that they say one thing to one person on the lease but then with the next person they switch it. so basically they dont know what they are talking about. In one voicemail we received he stated that we will be charged EVERY OTHER DAY. so I got charged on a Tuesday, if the keys aren't in by Wednesday okay, but Thursday then I'll get charged again, so why am I recieving another voicemail after me hanging up on him, with him stating that he will be charging us every day for the keys. so WHICH ONE IS IT? because its unprofessional very unprofessional to tell 2 other people out of 3 on a lease that its every other day just then the 3rd person you are telling something completely different. Good job tomas!! I do not recommend this place what so ever, the staff gives you dirty looks when they drive past you, they treat you like you are 5, they aren't nice and are really just there for money. Sure thats how everywhere is but for treating their customers like that, that's disgusting. 4/10 I would ever go back to rent. Psa: i still have my letters and voicemails to this day for facts. I have lived at Forest Meadows Apartments for two years and have had the best experience here. The units are generous in size. One of my favorite features has been the big bright windows. The apartments have great amenities including in unit laundry. The grounds are well cared for and if you need anything at all, it is handled promptly. The pool is also a great feature as well as exercise classes. I have always felt 100% safe here. You can't go wrong living here and will be very happy! read more
