DO NOT RENT HERE - Unprofessional Management & Constant Harassment
I lived on the 3rd floor of this apartment complex for a year with my child. When we applied, we explicitly informed management that we had a child, and they approved us. We always paid on time, followed every lease term, and did nothing illegal. However, our experience turned into a nightmare.
From the beginning, the downstairs neighbor constantly complained about basic, everyday daytime noise--such as walking, talking, laughing, or cooking. Instead of properly investigating or remaining neutral, the landlord, Lisa, immediately took the neighbor's side.
quickly escalated into intentional harassment:
Harassment & Sleep Deprivation: The downstairs neighbor started deliberately banging on her ceiling (our floor) in the middle of the night to wake up our child and force us to move out.
Invasion of Privacy: Lisa actually sent maintenance/staff members to stand directly outside our apartment door to listen in and secretly record our private conversations on audio devices. This is a severe breach of privacy and completely unacceptable.
Broken Lease Rules: While the lease strictly advertises a "non-smoking" policy, residents smoked throughout the entire building (from the 1st to the 3rd floor). The hallways and building constantly smelled like heavy tobacco smoke, and management did nothing about it.
In the end, we were essentially forced out, wasting a huge amount of our time and money. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this apartment complex and landlord Lisa. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. read more
