I would not have posted, but this happened when I bought out door lights! I had to wait at the counter until someone finally offered to help. We were literally ignored. I spent over $2,500 (not much, but enough that you would think they'd show some interest). Loved the quality and why we came back. My guess is they work on large remodels or new construction and spend most of their time and effort working on large quotes. These losing pieces were broken when they cut the stone. Jose fixed all the broken pieces that you would not visualize it. Jose is experienced and skillful. They can do different things for your project. You don't need to find different people to do different things, so it is very convenient for you. They're nice and working hard.

They sanded, dyed and polyurethane coated all of the doors and cabinet faces. They also installed new hardware on cabinets and doors. They did a really great job with minimal disruption to our mome and in very efficient timelines.
