I even waited for a response from the owner jill. while she was nice and provided the service i requested it was not a professional cleaning as anticipated. i basically paid for a mediocre cleaning. i was given a list of cleaning products that totaled nearly 150. . the house i requested them to clean was empty. the previous owners left it in good condition as well. she charged me more than we discussed and the 2 girls that did the work is her daughter and her daughters friend. they did not clean all the surfaces tgat were clearly visible to the eye. when i brought it to her attention she did nothing but make excuses. she didn't offer to correct it and based on a previous review she should probably build in a quality control check. i am very disappointed in the service. i will not be using them again.

She proceeded to tell me that I took the photos the day before her cleaners came and stated I wanted a free house cleaning. Very unprofessional. She offered to have them come back but why would I want the same two to come back? My husband was very upset over saying we were only out for a free house cleaning. She accused me of harassing her when I sent the images of the times from my alarm showing how many times they went inside and out "to clean the front and back door" which I am sure were smoke breaks. Others have had wonderful reviews from them and I was hoping for the same. I never expected to be accused to trying to get a free cleaning which was an all time low from a business owner. And also harassing her for sending pictures of the grime left behind. Tried to get her to come over ASAP to prove our story and even pay her to come and she would not.
