And there were a few. Mostly I didn't mention problems to avoid any conflict. It became apparent that she would, without discussing it with me, rearrange my time to accomodate other jobs. This week, I when they hadn't arrived at the scheduled time, I called and found that they were going to be 3 hours late. That meant they would be cleaning while we had company that afternoon. I said we would have to reschedule, she refused and quit all together really leaving me in a bind. I have been paying her $220.00 cash every other week for a year and was left with a dusty house and no loyalty.

She even stamps or decorates the toilet paper! It's so lovely and everything smells nice and is clean and fresh. Her prices are great, too. If you are on a tight schedule I would keep in mind that she does have to shift hours sometimes to accommodate everyone but since I work from home I don't really care.
