NO OTHER MANAGEMENT TEAM DOES IT LIKW KATY MILLS STORE!!! Being a customer that loves great quality in product and great deals I find myself going h to forever 21 for just about all my fashion needs that was only up until RECENTLY!! After running into this new management Team as this Forever 21 location i was left overwhelmed with a welcoming , supportive, and genuine customer service. I had stop going to Forever 21 because of past experiences with the former management teams and other locations that did seem to care if I was satisfied offer help . I was constantly left looking for someone to ask for help (when there no one to be found) . With that being said Caroline , Jatziry , and Isabel is an Diamond of Management team and exemplary example of customer service!! Every time I go to the store the Woman are assisting customers working on displays to better display products for us consumer and engage with everyone!! I want to personally thank these Woman for all there help days where i was stressing and over thinking what too wear , what goes with what , and overall opinion there always there with an amazing attitude and genuine care for what I'm have to say . We walked through this store today and didn't purchase anything because it was to messy to even look through the clothes. Not to mention the fact that there was a whole pile of trash on the ground and no one insite to give a thought that they were cleaning. Which shouldn't be done at 11am. In the middle of the day. I have never had so many issues receiving assistance online. I was trying to utilize the APP15 promotion code for the first time, for over a week and it kept reading as an invalid code. I followed all necessary steps to try using it. I was applying it only to regular priced items, no discounted or sale products. I was only using it on the Canadian app as specified as well. I called and emailed many times and was told different things by three different representatives, none of which were logical or helpful. First lady: The first lady asked for me to provide a product code. and she said that code could only be qualified to 5 items on the entire Canadian Forever 21 website. I told her there was no way that the promotion code, which specified general regular priced items, could only work for 51 items. She continued to mumble and "search" for something. She then told me to search the "sale" tab, and that the code could be applied for those items. I told her that could not be true, considering the code was reserved only for regular priced items. She continued to mumble, and said that if I search for items, there is a circle at the top right corner of the item showing if the code can be used for that item. I tried while on the phone, and said I could not find any circle. I asked her to provide me with an example. She said "let me take a look." Ten minutes later, the line went dead. Second assistant: Began as what I thought was more helpful than the first. She clarified if I had in fact download the Canadian Forever 21 app, where I was seeing this promotion code displayed on the website, and a few other questions. When she could not answer those questions, she asked me to re download the app and clear the car, then sign back in or out to fresh the app. I did that, which did not help. She then asked me to take a photo [which i had already done] of the error message. I told her that I would prefer not to communicate further through email and that I required troubleshooting options over the phone, because I never hear back electronically. I was then transferred to another representative. Third assistant: asked for me to send him a screenshot while on the phone, which I did immediately. He could not find the email, though it was validated to send through to the provided email address. They are unprofessional; they are rude, illogical and lazy. A solution was never provided. Piece of advice: if a customer service agent from this company ever asks you to provide information via email, or that they will, ensure it is done RIGHT THEN AND THERE over the phone. Receive confirmation for everything you need before hanging up, or you will receive no assistance at all. This store is a mess and that's at any time of the day. The plus size section basically says "you're lucky we even carry these sizes so you're just going to have to take theses scraps and deal with it". Such a large store with messy tables. I've worked retail and I understand how hard it is to keep a store clean but this location I awful. Go to the willowbrook location. read more

For good deals on young women's and older teens clothes, this is actually a great place to shop and it at least has a small guys area, so we men don't feel completely left out. Prices are very good here and I can see why the ladies in my life enjoying shopping here. Right across from the Rain Forest Cafe, and having doors on both sides makes the easy to enter and find in Katy Mills Mall. The staff at times can be overwhelmed by the masses of bubbly girls and ladies in the store. Plus they needed to have built more fitting rooms. Wether it's for just hanging out gear or dressing for that special occasion , they got tons to chose from! Trust me, I will be back, even if I didn't want to, the ladies love it! read more

Here in Houston, we don't get much of a choice in cheap, trendy clothes. Forever 21 isn't bad =) In fact, it's pretty darn great. The bad thing, is some of these stores are SO freaking huge that my limited shopping stamina cannot keep up. I'm always able to find SOMETHING here. If anything, I'll grab a spaghetti strap or 2 for $2.50. Sure, quality isn't that great. But really? To keep up with everything, would you rather spend a hundred or 2 for a dress at a high-end boutique, or $30-$40 at F21 and wear it once, maaaaaybe twice? ....well maybe some people would rather do that. But I'm thrifty and cannot bring myself to do that. The other thing that kind of sucks here is if you see something you like on display... it's extremely hard to find it on the racks. Or, if you find something on the rack you like, but it's in the wrong size... good luck finding the right one for you! read more

This location is so disorganized. I tried some stuff on walked out loved the tshirt the woman putting the numbers on the dressing door had on. I asked her do they have any of those tshirts here?? she said no they don't carry it. I continue to look around and my daughters pulls the same shirt off the rack and hands it to me. The woman notices I have it in my hands and runs up to me and apologizes. Customer service is shit! Even my 10 year daughter told her it was unacceptable. read more

This store is HUGE! There's LOTS of merchandise and that merchandise is crammed onto crowded racks. That's not to say you can't find something in here but you may have to do a bit of looking. Clothes vary from semi dressy to casual to lounging. They also range from tasteful to just plain gauche. Style is personal and what suits one person won't suit another. Prices are very reasonable and the quality seems average. I found a sweater, tank top and a halter top to add to my trendy clothing. Although some of the sweaters were "picked" i.e. snagged, I did find one that had no flaws. You just have to look carefully. Note: if you are in need of tank tops, this store has tons of them in all colors and quite a few styles. Sizing is somewhat standard but can vary from item to item so do try on before buying. Some clothing tended to run a little large. I agree with another reviewer who said often items you see on display are hard to find on the racks. That is very true. I saw a halter top that I really liked but it was not in stock in the store. If you want something trendy but don't want to invest a lot into it (because trendy comes and goes from one week to the next, doesn't it?) Forever 21 is a good store for you. read more

Oh, Forever 21, you're my dirty dirty little secret...I remember the first time I met you, so many years ago. There you were, so cheap, so colorful and I wondered "Could I?" . Yes, yes I could! The thing with Forever 21 is that the clothing is not only trendy and of the moment but it is SO cheap. Have you ever wanted to try the ruffle/polka dot/empire/whatever-else-there-is trend but don't want to pay an arm and a leg? Head over to Forever 21. See that outrageously expensive "IT" blouse hanging in Neimans or Nordstroms? Want it cheaper? Chances are that Forever 21 will have have a similar style either in their stores right now or arriving shortly. Want to copy the look for less? Yup, F21's the place for you. Recently, I bought a very cute dress at a boutique only to find it's knock-off at F21. There was almost no difference. The F21 dress draped nicely and looked great. The material was not as soft as the original design, but for $25, who cares? That's another thing, most of the prices are under $30. F21 has a pricier line called Twelve by Twelve, which is supposed to be more designer type items. Save your money, much of this line looks and feels cheap. On to the new store location! Yay, F21 has opened up a spot at Katy Mills. The store is located across from the Rainforest Cafe and extends from one side to the other (if you've been to Katy Mills, you know what I'm taking about). The store is big but not as big as the Memorial location. There aren't as many dressing rooms but I love the fact that there are actual doors as opposed to curtains (yay, no worries about having the curtains opened while you're stripped down). Selection-wise, it's not as shopped out as the Memorial location so chances are you'll find that cute item in your size. Service-wise, well, it's all over the place. Some of the associates can be surly, others are a breath of fresh air. The store has so much stuff that you have to talk to the right associate to track down an item. As with their other locations, the clothing can be so tightly packed that you need a crowbar to go through the racks. The store tends to get busy on the weekends since it seems like everyone and their mothers are looking for the perfect outfit to wear later that night. I recommend shopping early in the morning to avoid the crowds. I'm not fond of the accessories. While they might look nice but don't be surprised if those gold-tone items leave you a little green. I'd rather go cheap on the trendy clothing but spend a little more on the accessories. OH, two more note-worthy items: (a) F21 practices vanity sizing so make sure you try on the clothing. More often than not, that size S will be more of a medium or a large. (b) Because the stuff is so cheap, don't be surprised to see yourself coming and going. Soooo this Forever 21 had THE most helpful employees EVER! I was looking for a particular dress in my size...I called several of the stores in Houston and all they would tell me is "we have 1 or 2 of the dress" but wouldn't go look to see if it was the size I needed. I almost gave up but called the one in Katy, the girl (I forgot her name :( ) took my number went and found and called me back! I really wish I remembered the girls name to give her a shout out . She was kinda tall, light skinned, and had beautiful light brown braided hair. Anyway, even tho this location is 45mins away I'll probably start shopping at this one because of her. read more

A female checking customers out Saturday afternoon was the rudest person I've encountered in a while! Mind you, I live in Houston and have thick skin because ignorant people are everywhere! She was so condescending I felt compelled to tell a manager...while doing so she walks up interrupting to tell her side. She knew she was wrong because all I said to her was "you don't have five so rude" after she taunted me and my mother visiting me from another state! She should work on mannequins or something and not the register. This isn't Facebook and she should learn to distinguish the two at work! Extremely rude!
