There are hundreds of options from huge brands and lesser-known designers. I would always recommend looking in the clearance section, too. The clearance section has a ton of great options for a discounted price (they even have some big brands back there sometimes). On my most recent trip I saw Crocs, TEVA sandals, Steve Madden, Betsy Johnson, and Birkenstocks in the clearance section! Whether you're looking for a casual shoe or a more formal option, DSW has you covered. I walked away with new tennis shoes and a pair of heels. If you're going on vacation soon, I noticed a ton of fun sandal and heel options! You can really shoe shop till you drop at DSW! DSW has been our favourite shoe store for a long time. They have good deals on a lot of different shoes and this one in particular is huge and excellent in many regards. We come here whenever we can to look for the odd discount pair or something that we may not have seen in other stores. They are similar to the one in Pearland they will always be a regular destination for us and the staff here is nice as well. I've been to some DSW locations that were very dissatisfactory, but this one is one of the best.

I went in to exchange a pair of Crocs I ordered online. A female employee named Zoe greeted me and asked how she could help. When I told her I was there for an exchange and handed her the shoebox, she looked clearly annoyed and said, "Nahhh, I don't need that, the manager can do that for you," in a rude and dismissive tone. She then abruptly pulled her hand away from the box. As I walked away, I clearly overheard her say to a male coworker, "Yeah, get the f*** out of my face,"* followed by both of them laughing. She obviously thought I wouldn't hear her but I did. This kind of vulgar, inappropriate language has no place in any workplace, especially not in front of customers. After finishing the exchange, I went to my car then turned around and went back inside to report what happened. I asked to speak with the manager, Alexis, and calmly requested that Zoe come out and apologize directly. Zoe came over and said, "I apologize for what I said, but I wasn't talking about you. I never said that TO YOU," in a defensive, unprofessional tone completely lacking sincerity or accountability. Instead of apologizing respectfully, she deflected and denied any wrongdoing. I asked Alexis for the corporate number, and she replied, "You want my boss's number?" I said yes, and she gave it to me. Alexis handled the situation very poorly. She appeared annoyed and bored, showing a lack of maturity and professionalism for someone in a management role. Instead of taking my complaint seriously and supporting a resolution, she gave me her "bosses" number in a dismissive way and made no effort to address the issue properly. Let me be clear: I would NEVER make up a situation like this. This is the first time in my life I've had to walk back into a store to report an employee for such outrageous and disgusting behavior. The way both Zoe and Alexis handled this was not just disappointing it was flat out disrespectful. I submitted a full complaint through the company website and no surprise I never received any follow-up. Because of this experience, I will never shop at this Journeys again. Honestly, I'm seriously considering not shopping at Journeys at all moving forward. I'm posting this review so others are aware, and I truly hope corporate sees this and takes action.

I was so pleased to see it was open, I knew it was set to open this summer. I love the bright interior. The store is well laid out with very friendly and helpful staff. They carry misses and petite sizes in the store but if you want women's sizes (1X - 4X), they can order it for you and you get free shipping. Today when I went in, I was helped by the store manager, Kismari. She is very knowledgeable and knows her products. She acted as my personal shopper as we wandered around the store picking out items. She really listened to what I wanted and was able to pick items that suit my tastes. I've shopped online with J Jill for many years and know the fabrics and love the clothes, but to have that extra touch of having someone walk the store with me was great. Kismari sat down and checked on size and color for all my items that needed to be ordered since women's sizes are all ordered and then delivered to your house. She also explained all the promotions to me so I could save as much as possible. She took the time to find out that I'm a teacher which means discount! Teachers receive an extra 15% off of all regularly priced items. She also told me about opening a credit card with J Jill. I really really didn't want to open a credit card, but as a frequent J Jill shopper, the perks just couldn't be ignored! I'm so excited about all my items coming in the mail. I'm also excited that I can return anything that doesn't work for me to the store. The store is so easy to get to. I parked within 10 feet of the entrance and walked right in. I love that it is located in the outdoor mall area because I don't have to go into the actual mall.
