The store seems to be undergoing renovations or reorganizing, as there's clearly work to be done. It's spacious with two floors, but the sections feel very empty. I visited because I forgot to pack pajamas during my trip to Vegas, and this was the closest store. However, if I were looking for general clothes shopping, this wouldn't be ideal since the selection seems scarce. Finding a sales associate on the floor was also a challenge. Since the store is located in a mall, there are other shopping options nearby. While the experience served its purpose for me, it could definitely use some improvements in stock and service. read more

I love this location because they have the biggest selections in Vegas with a huge sale section. It is a two story store which also include s kids, plus size and men's section. It is good to find cute mini dresses for clubbing or party on the Strip! I visited last week and there was additional 50% markdowns, I got like 10 items for $80 something dollars including tax! What a steal! I like they organized the sale items by color. Sometimes they are messy but most of the time you can find pretty cute items at bargain price so can't complain. There are many restaurants and stores so that it is good to go shopping before/after eating :) It is conveniently located at Fashion Show mall, near share ride pick-up/drop off spot, next to Macy's and Nordstrom, across from Trump Hotel. I was on vacation in Las Vegas and was walking along the strip on December 18, 2019 when I happily came upon a mall that had this store. There is a Forever 21 in my hometown so I was familiar with the chain. This was a big store with many levels. Staff was extremely friendly with many of them being young people. The clearance section was one where clothes were organized and not thrown around. I found some cute items at a great price to be able to purchase and bring back home. Check out was a breeze and once again, the customer service was great. I've already booked my trip to come back to Vegas in December, 2020 and I will definitely come back here to shop. Honestly the rudest people working the register, I had come in to make a return I had the receipt, all tags on the clothes still except on top which I did still have the tag to and all the items. The clothes I had previously been gifted just didn't fit at the moment seeing as I'm currently pregnant. All I was asking for is just a store credit instead of money back on the card because as I said it was a gift. This has to be one of the tidiest and "most organized" forever 21 store I've ever visited. The closest Forever 21 near me is currently being remodeled (Henderson, Galleria location), therefore I do need to make the trek out to the strip - but I don't mind doing it once in. While b'cuz like o said this place is clean and has a lot more size options aka more size smalls available. I like the openness and how bright it is in the store plus the workers are nicer here, surprisingly right? Location wise, you can find this TWO STORY store directly across from Michael Kors in the second floor. Once in the store everything is organized by style and per men's and women's clothing. If you're like me and shop for "active" workout wear then that will be located on the second floor. Great store with great prices - call me a Forever 21 fan! read more

Huge store! The most epic selection of fun socks. This Forever 21 is massive so I recommend checking all over the store for the little sock displays. I think there were about five of them. I am obsessed with fun socks. Forever 21 in general, but this store in particular, always provides. Sloths in rainbows, avocados, smiling tacos, rubber duckies. I've significantly upped my sock game. Lots of cool accessories too and beauty products. This store also has a small home section as well as a separate make up store. Sales staff were super helpful and friendly with me even though I am not so close to 21 anymore. Great music to shop by which always keeps me shopping more. Such a fun store! read more

Tonight I was on the hunt to update my wardrobe for off the shoulder sweaters. This particular location is one of my favs. Many of the items I saw online, they had in stock at the store, plus some. The size of this store is amazing as it has the upstairs and downstairs plus an enormous room just for clearance. Im not a huge fan of the brand simply because anytime I've gone into one the store is always in constant disarray, but not so with this superstore sized store. Its two levels, located in the Fashion Show Mall on the Vegas Strip. Ive been to Vegas twice in the last year and walked to the mall from the Linq hotel and Circus Circus hotel. The store contained a lot of cute items and I'd gone in for a couple of the $2.90 tank tops they sell at all the F21. I'd found a yoga class online after I arrived and didn't want to spend a lot of money on athletic gear so I bought a tank and also found some leggings for $3.90, I don't care where you are, less than $7 for a yoga outfit is a great shopping day They had 50% off their clearance items the day I went in, so I was able to pick up a cute top to wear out that night to a club in Vegas for $8.96 The staff was pleasant, and when I went to check out there was no one in line in front of me which was a good thing since they only had one register open. read more

They were very sweet when I had questions or needed help to get the clothes down from hanging up so high. They were very happy helping me out. The store is well organized and super clean. Check this place out for the largest, latest trends and the best deals. You'll find a lot of nice stuffs and goodies here that you won't be able to find them at any other locations. They are on the end of their current remodel and I am absolutely loving what this store is becoming. Back in August, there was alot of empty space, you couldn't find much, and employees were mia for any assistance. However, now they have done a complete 180. There was a small mishap when I went to the fitting rooms, where the associate agreed to hold a pair of shoes for me and instead put them back in the inventory. Inventory doesn't go immediately back to the floor, so obviously I couldn't find them when I discovered what happened and they were the last of their size. Thankfully, Roy was able to quickly and efficiently retrieve them for me. Kudos to him!!!! Also noticed that they are checking ID with credit card purchases, something they didn't do before when I shopped here so I love to see that initiative in place. Keep up the great work!! This is by far THE largest Forever 21 store I've ever been to! It's just mad crazy and if I wasn't in Vegas, I'd probably shop all day here! We came in for a visit and was literally dropped off in the front by our Uber. Immediately walking into the door, you can see how well organized and clean this place is. I'd call it a model store of Forever 21 but it wasn't that busy and they had friendly staff working. The clearance section is literally about the size of a regular Footlocker store in a mall and majority of the women's items were on the bottom floor. BTW, each floor is about the size of a football field. The majority of the men's section took up about only a quarter size of the store located on the 2nd floor. Just to give you an idea how extremely large this place is. I wish they offered a better shoe selection but hey, this place is amazing! read more

If you're gonna go to a Forever 21 store in LV, this one's the biggest with most of their lines available. (FYI, the one at the BLVD. MALL closed recently.) Suited security guards at the entrances remind me of the Timberland store at the Premium Outlets/North. The last time we went here, was the first time we actually went in to browse. I was still pregnant, and searching for more cute things to wear. It was a big run-around, as some employees were a little clueless about the maternity line (it's better online, trust me). So, did we ever find it? Not really. But I did get a chance to browse. I saw HELLO KITTY- I love HK stuff. I also spotted some striped tops (OK, I admit that I am addicted to striped tops) at less than $12. No wonder this brand is super-popular. There are all types of clothing styles here- trendy, classic, basic staples. It's also no wonder why I see the over-40 set here too, besides the teens (my niece is a fan) and 20-somethings. There were so many different choices- the multiple lines I mentioned before. There are two levels. You could really spend a lot of time here. Because the brand is junior sizing, I'm a size large, not my typical "medium." I plan on coming back when time is not an issue. read more

Useless AF. I called to make sure that they had these in inventory and they told me they had nine. I get here and they are clueless. Now, they've told me that they are in boxes in the stockroom but they don't know which boxes they are in so they haven't been put in the inventory yet they have it in the system that they have them. I know this is late, but this happened to me last xmas and I just want to make those aware since xmas season is right around the corner. Please be conscience of how others treat you when Christmas comes around. I called to have a coat (the last one) put on hold for me and the young lady that answered the phone told me she couldn't help me because she was at the cash wrap and she couldn't leave. Before I could ask her could she get someone else to grab it she hung up the phone in my face. Now I know that is definitely NOT how you treat ppl when you work in customer service. I sped across town to hopefully still be able to get the coat and of course it was gone. My mom ended up going without her xmas gift that she desperately needed. I've worked in retail for far to long especially during the holiday season to know that that is not how you treat a customer. read more

I had an AMAZING experience with Unique. She was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout my experience. I made a return in store a few days prior and the cashier missed an item. Unique took over the issue personally and tried her best to complete the refund without me coming back into the store. She even texted back and forth updates with me. After finding out that online order returns require the original card to be inserted at the register, she called me and explained the situation which was no big deal because I was near the area when she promptly returned my call. I've had experiences in the past in which associates of a company would rather ghost you and never call you back if it's bad news. I went back into the store that day to complete a few other transactions and Unique took me on a separate register so I didn't have to wait in line! She even offered me a discount if I wanted to make a purchase. The best part, I made it in 5 mins before she got off work for the day and she still helped me personally instead of handing me off to someone who didn't know the entire situation. 10/10 stars. Forever 21, you need to give this woman a raise and a promotion. I've NEVER had this amazing of an experience at a retail store, especially not one that I would take the time to leave a detailed review of. TLDR Not a fan of any of the Forever 21 retail locations, which is why I do 99% of my shopping online but Unique at this location changed my opinion at least of this store in particular. Be prepared to wander around this place for a few hours, even if you only have it in your mind to purchase one or two things. This store is HUGE and it's full of variety that you could update your whole wardrobe from here and find things that you never even thought you needed! (Believe me, I did!) I LOVE their active/gymwear section. They have so much stuff over two departments and the pricing is amazing, beating what you would pay in the depts of supercentres and other stores. Staff were hands on and very helpful, some offered baskets and another stopped what he was doing straight away to help try to find an item in a different size for me. The only things I dislike about this store are firstly that they stuff so many clothes on a rail that it's difficult to look through everything without things falling off and secondly, their clearance. It's a huge mess and not worth the time and energy to try to delve through everything. I love finding a little treasure in a clearance section and other Forever 21's (albeit with smaller clearance sections) are manageable. This one was not! I'd definitely return for a wardrobe update though and maybe even for something Christmassy - their selection is great! read more

Retail is a dying business. There's a reason. Escalator in store not working. Actually escalators in entire mall are not working. Went to check out upstairs and girl at counter said they were closed?! The store was packed. Why? No idea. No other register is open except the one by the entrance downstairs. Everyone was doing returns mostly. Taking forever. Decided to go to the other counters. All closed. I gave up. Also, have humans forgot how to not purposely run into you? What is happening world?!???? Look up and watch where you're going. It's like people are in a daze. Felt like I was in a new world. No etiquette no sense of space or boundaries. No cares about anyone but themselves. And this is why I will keep my shopping to online now and not come back to this mall ever again. I never believed in the zombie apocalypse, but I actually think I might believe in it now. Also, the staff there were quite busy running around, putting things away with only one person at the register. I'm really trying not to dislike Vegas but everything here really does seem so subpar. Customer service is lacking on every level. They have cool clothes that are cheap and affordable and not a bad quality. They have two stories and it's a massive space. They have a huge sale going on and I was excited to partake in it after browsing for an hour and say they did not get to take home. The pieces that I chose because of staffing issues. I will never understand people who rate Forever21 super low because of the quality of the clothes. This is not a haute couture brand, it's affordable and young. The clothes aren't meant to last (dare I say?) forever, and the prices fortunately reflect that. I'm not giving the store or the brand a pass, but this store is pretty good for those familiar with what F21 has to offer. This is, in my opinion, the best Forever21 store in Las Vegas. Two floors, a huge selection of items, big sections for men's, plus size, children, and women's fashion. There's a lot of clearance items sometimes, with truly laughable prices. Less than $3 for a fashionable plus size dress? It's a steal. Regular sizes have even more variety and sale items. My only problem (well, it's actually two problems, but I think both are related to the lack of personnel) with the store is that the clearance section can be an absolute mess, but that's mostly on the customers. It would be nice to have some staff maintaining some order in that area, but there's so many people and the store is so big that it's kinda impossible. Which leads me to my second problem with this location, which is the lack of open registers. The lines are unnecessarily long, and not all the register areas are open, so it can get very crowded real quick. Apart from that, this has to be, hands down, the go-to F21 store in Vegas. Went shopping here. Hubby was looking for a nice shirt. This store is located at the Fashion Show mall. It has two levels. Second floor has kids and plus sizes. I am on the plus size and love that I can find the right size for me. As I walked around, there were purses, accessories such as earrings, socks, etc. I like how everything is organized. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything I liked. Hubby found a couple of sale items. So many clothes to choose from. Once we were done, we went to the register where the employees were friendly and nice. Definitely a positive attitude at this store. The music they were playing was great. It made me feel like I was in a club. LOL! I will definitely be coming back if we go back to this mall.
