Don't support, nor will I be a repeat customer. I wanted to support local business, bought a nice pool table set (over $7K). Installation did not go as well, had a minor damage. Techs took pics and submitted for warranty repairs. To date, 5 months later, and still no resolution. My pool table still has the minor damage. They are non-responsive and frankly, I believe all they care about is that they had the initial sale and not the repeat business. I will never support anything related to this company, nor do they need a second chance for my business. I love the fact they were quick to come out and deliver a pool table and I had found a special online for free cue balls with Golden Knights on them but apparently it was over. They still have me the deal in good faith. Went to Rainbow Blvd location to see if they have a pinball machine Ive been looking for, for years! A kind lady was assisting others with pool cues so she said she would be right with me. As that made me feel welcomed as a guest. I was not seeing the Pinball machine I've been wanting and knew it was a long shot, but I asked her when she was done if she had a particular game. She called the Sunset location and said YES! We have that machine! I waited until the next day to take my wife and daughter to see the condition of the machine etc. From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable as the business as clean as can be! The lady was assisting guests and I just told her I was just there to see a pinball machine. The owner Craig came out and I felt like I've known him for years. Showed me the machine, told me everything I needed to know. Pulled the machine out for full inspection. The machine I aways wanted was in MINT condition! I couldn't say no to this beauty!! The price was right and overall I have NO COMPLAINTS! Treated us great, in fact he and his wife (or gf)?? Lol came in on a Sunday (when they are closed) to make sure I was 100% satisfied! Love the store, love the prices and overall you get what you pay for. If you wish to have a busted up non working machine or machine the needs or is going to need repair and cost $$& shop elsewhere as ALL of the machines we looked at were darn near mint and working 100% and priced to sell. He'll make promises to the moon only to get your sale, then when there's a problem and he has all your money, you're screwed. It's worse if you happen to be out of state , such as we were. Machines were NOT as described and were jerked around for months with unkept promises for replacement parts. I visited this place a few times. I like the variety of pool tables, arcade games, pool cue and pool cue accessories. They have lots of it and if they don't have it, they can order it for you. The reason why I gave them a "4" star was the fact that they have to order pool cues and pool cue accessories. I wish they would carry Meucci, McDermott, Schon, Joss, Pechauer, jump cues and some more pricey cues. I understood they don't want that much inventory. It's the same for the accessories, need more brand new billiard gloves. Overall, I would go and and purchase pool items from them because they are friendly and helpful. The customer service was lacking both times. Yet i persisted and went to buy a pop a shot. We went to look at Billiards n More for a bumper pool game table combo. Shaney was extremely helpful and recommended a very nice bumper pool table with a top which could be added. Better size for our room. The owner made a very fair offer to buy our existing table and we scheduled delivery/pickup for a few days later. Nico and partner (Sorry did not get his name) called prior to coming as they were running a little ahead of schedule and wanted to come early if possible. They arrived and were quick, careful and very professional. They dismantled the existing table and set up new table. They made sure I was happy with placement and table before they left. Given my 20 phone calls and emails, they had to know that I wanted the pinball machine, right? I never put done consideration when I agreed to purchase the pinball machine, so BilliardsAndMore has the right to sell the pinball machine to anyone. Sadly, BilliardsAndMore could reach me after the sale to notify me that they sold the pinball machine to someone else. But strangely they could never reach me before the sale. I love Billards N More. I bought an 8 ft pool table from them 6 years ago and it was a little too big but still fun to play with. We moved out of state and just recently moved back to Vegas and wanted to put the table back up. Billards N More gave us credit back so we could trade our old table for a smaller table. That's a plus because some stores don't do that. Also we had them set up our new table and both Quinton and Darcy were very professional, did a fantastic job and informed us if we had any problems with it in the future, they could assist us with that as well. I honestly don't know that I have dealt with a business as incompetent as Billiards N More. We purchased a table top from these guys that was supposed to come with paddles, net and balls. We called to make sure the table top was in and were told it was. Once we arrived, the lone salesman in the store completely ignored us and spent about 30 minutes helping another customer. I finally made a snide remark about how horrible their service was, and he agreed to help us out. To our surprise, we were told it was at their Sunset location, but that they would have it transferred over the next day. In other words, we were lied to about it being ready for pick up. We came back the next day and were told the top was in, but that the net, balls and paddles were not. Upon entering the warehouse to pick up what we could, we found that there were actually 2 table tops in the warehouse, and they were both in the far back, behind tons and tons of boxes. In other words, they were not just delivered that day from their other location. Who would deliver it and then bury it behind box after box knowing it would be picked up that day. The saleswoman pieced a net and some balls together, but said we would need to come back the next day for the paddles, as once again, they were at their other store. Well, we are two days later, and when we called to say we were coming to pick them up, we were told they were still at the other location. These people seriously don't have a clue how to run a business, or what customer service even is! read more
