Not knowing that they primarily deal with contractors my bill did not meet the minimum charge. They will have items that no one else has in town but beware to make sure you purchase enough for the minimum charge. Also it appears that they're running an out of date point-of-sale systems, this makes sense if they're primarily dealing with contractor.

I have lived here for a few years, I have lived in both a two bedroom two bathroom and also a three…read morebedroom two bathroom. The apartments are very spacious, the square footage of the apartments is better than that of some homes here in Abilene. I haven't had any issues with the staff while living here. They are usually prompt in responses to maintenance and emails about other issues. We have two playgrounds, one for little children perfect for toddlers with a covering for the hot months to provide shade, the other playground is for the bigger kids with the fake grass so your kids don't get muddy when it rains. Although there is no basketball court or swings for children, I think a swing set would be great with a baby swing seat. The staff try their best to make this a place that isn't trashy or run down, and most of the neighbors are great and follow the rules, they have no control over how people behave so you can't hold that against the staff. There is also activities for the apartment community participate in free to residents, games, arts and crafts community holiday potlucks. I enjoy bingo. We have a pool, and since I have lived here over a few years the maintenance of the pool has improved a lot with the cleanliness of the pool, and they even added a rail to help people down into the pool since the first step is a little bit of a higher/lower step down(it's a big step in, especially for someone who has short legs), and there is a kiddie pool area that has a small waterfall flowing into the bigger pool. I LOVE my counter tops, they are GREAT quality and not the fake stone or wood. Bills are very affordable as well. There is a small gym with work out equipment. We are within great distance to restaurants, shopping, and gas stations, you could walk to them if you felt like it. They do have washer and dryers provided in the apartments, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge are also provided, and a disposal in the kitchen sink. We have sliding doors leading to our concrete porch patios. Our landscaping could be slightly better, more colors to add to the areas. We did have beautiful rose bushes but they became diseased and had died. We do have beautiful trees that attract some beautiful butterflies in the summer, we also get hummingbirds.
