Very thorough in the cleaning process. I had everything picked up and the floor vacuumed, but he used his commercial vacuum to do a better job. Used a handheld vacuum box to get along the baseboards and corners then used a pre-cleaner to treat the stains. After that he used an orbital cleaner across the whole room to clean the carpet, followed by a carpet rake to stand it back up. After their below standard customer service by Sid, who not only could care less about their shoddy service, but proved incapable of understanding that someone had to move most of an apartment to accommodate for their ineptitude to do what they were hired to do in the first place. This story has a happy ending, though thanks to Magic Carpet coming through at the last minute to remedy my situation. Arthur, Drake and Jay were outstanding the way the installed carpet and had my place ready in a couple of hours!! Like true knights in shining armor. (notice one of them is named Arthur!), they showed up at the exact time that they said they would, got right to work, were respectful and did not leave any remnants except for new carpet!
