I am a stand up bed fan, but I tried the level 4 bed. CRAP. I think I am ruined!! It was the most enjoyable lay down bed experience I've ever had. It has controls for everything at your finger tips; A/C in the bed, music, fans, etc. I highly recommend!!

In the past two months I've experienced package mishaps, nearly slipping to death a couple of times from the versa spa floor not being wiped down between uses, and most recently having an employee, Echo question the darkness level I selected because according to her it was too dark for my current skin tone. I never asked for her opinion. Big improvements could be made in customer service and hospitality. It's not that hard to wipe down equipment in between clients and be pleasant.
