Dr. Ohri was easily able to help resolve my concern, and did so in a much more in-depth and effective manner than that of my general practitioner. Dr. Ohri has also helped me with some health issues other physicians I have been to either did not pursue or were not as knowledgeable of the underlying causes to help find a way to even begin treatment for. I have been a patient of Dr. Ohri going on two years now. Through her diligent efforts she has consistently been able to make accurate diagnoses of any health concerns I've expressed. As a result, she has also been able to pinpoint methods of treatment that have been highly effective for me. One of my main areas of treatment is hormone replacement therapy. Once I hit my mid to late 30s, I started to feel less energetic, had a sense of "fogginess" at times, and felt less like the "old self" of my younger days. Now in my mid to late 40's, these symptoms seemed more pronounced. I just figured it to be the "normal aging process" I had to put up with. Getting hormone therapy through Dr. Ohri's office (in my case pellet implantation) has made a great difference in how I feel. I now have greater energy levels, a better sense of clarity/alertness, maintain my weight more easily, and gained better overall muscle tone. My libido level has also increased, after having lowered over the course of time. My overall sense of well being has vastly improved from this course of treatment. Dr. Ohri's in-office procedure makes this process very easy and nearly painless. Dr. Ohri has also helped me with what feels to have been long-time issues I've had in terms of dealing with bouts of nausea, "upset" stomachs, a feeling of general malaise, and allergy-like symptoms. Through targeted and methodical testing, she to determined that I have "leaky gut" issues- something my regular doctors never even considered when I would raise ongoing concerns about always seeming to "not feel quite right" most of the time. Dr. Ohri has customized a treatment plan for me to address this issue, which has been making a positive difference in how I feel on a daily basis. Dr. Ohri has made a marked difference in my overall health and well being. She is highly knowledgeable in her field, and is always seeking additional information to find new and novel ways to effectively treat her patients. She has a terrific "bedside manner" and spends a great deal of time with you to assess and treat your specific medical needs, explaining things fully all along the way. I never get the feeling of having the typical 10 to 15 minute "rush" visit that seems endemic in general practices these days. I am extremely happy with the level of care I receive and highly recommend Dr. Ohri's services. I trust her judgment, and consider myself very fortunate to be one of her patients. Further, her staff is equally as friendly, extremely helpful, and dedicated to helping patients in meeting their health care needs.

Because the new time didn't work with my schedule, I said I would have to call back when I had more availability. I called the Clark office in February of 2026 to schedule the laser hair removal appointment, using a session for a package I had paid a significant amount of money for and was told they no longer do laser hair removal in their office. I was told I would have to call NY Bariatric Group. I asked the office manager for an e-mail of my records. She told me NY Bariatric Group "took their computers" so they didn't have access to any of my information. This was bizarre and quite honestly, unsettling. I spent thousands of dollars at the office between fat burning sessions, hydra facials, and full body laser hair removal and they had no record of that? I called NY Bariatric and told them that Nihalani basically told me this was their issue to fix and they had no idea what I was talking about. At this point, I am going back and forth between Nihalani and NY Bariatric Group, trying to get someone to refund me the money owed, for the sessions I lost. No one has helped me. The Nihalani office manager instead offered me to come in for Cool Sculpting and told me she was trying to help me. I want to say, Nicole, who worked at the front desk, and Jen, who used to do the laser hair removal were absolute sweethearts. They were so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The office in Clark is clean and I was always happy with the services I purchased. This is not meant to bash a company, but rather get someone's attention to listen to me as a customer and give me back what I deserve, which is a large chunk of money. I went to the session, after the session was over I was told it was out of network. I now have a bill for $1499 for 1 to 1 1/2 hr which is preposterous. They did not perform surgery it was physical therapy! They taped my feet, charged $212. Ten minutes after having my feet taped, the tape came off on its own. I feel that they waited until my session was over to tell me it was out of network then they were "trying to cut a deal".
