Recently we went back to select sconces for our bedroom. The items we ordered were not in stock and delivery was delayed four months after purchase. The sconces were not as we envisioned. When we returned them, within one week of receipt, we were told the 60 day return policy starts on the day they were purchased not the day they were received. Although not listed anywhere on the paperwork or order we were told it does appear on the website. Crazy policy, as how is it possible to determine if the item is acceptable prior to receiving it. He installed a 220 box. Our generator worked really well to power the house. We lost none of our groceries and had hot water and lights. All in the same day.
