I recently dealt with Chris, who provided the flowers for my daughter's wedding at The Aldrich Mansion in Warwick, RI. From the moment I spoke with Chris, I knew he was going to be the floral designer for my daughter's wedding. He returned calls, answered emails, and never left me feeling that he was in it for only my money. Out of 5 other vendors that I reached out to, Chris was the only one that checked off all of the boxes. Every other vendor I spoke with mentioned their minimum price, right off the bat, not Chris, he wanted to know what the vibe was, what flower we liked, and what we thought we wanted to spend. I thought he and his team would do great work, but he did so much more - he made the venue look magical. As my daughter and my new son-in-law knelt at the altar, I could not help but notice how beautiful the flowers he provided in the chapel were. When we made it back to the venue, I was blown away - Chris and his team made the venue look like it was straight out of a fairytale book. It is now 5 days after the wedding, and I have several arrangements that I took home, and they still look perfect. The flowers still look fresh enough to use for another wedding. Cute little shop on Park Ave. My son needed tulips for his girlfriend and I called around a bit. They were able to accommodate. I stopped by and they made a lovely arrangement of pink, white and red tulips. It was very reasonably priced at 1.50 a tulip or $15 for 10 (about $17 w/tax). They were really fresh and the staff were very helpful and kind. They also sell small gifts. read more

I called on Monday to request a small winter ball bouquet. I was provided 2 options as far as the amount of flowers I wanted. I chose 6. Then I was given additional options as far as colors go. I decided on 6 purple roses with matching ribbon. I picked up the bouquet Friday afternoon and it was so beautiful! The price was right and the customer service was great. Wow! I am so impressed! I purchased a funeral arrangement due to my grandmother's passing. I grew up in RI, but currently live in TX and I had to fly in for her funeral. I got to RI the day before and wasn't thinking about flowers until I got there which was completely last minute, but they were able to make it work and get to the funeral home on time. First, the person I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and able to describe different types of arrangements and was awesome to work with my requests. I am not really knowledgeable with flowers, but described colors and described the type of message I wanted to say with the flowers. I just called looking for a sympathy arrangement to be sent to a close friend. The gentleman that I spoke with could not have been nicer, kinder or more helpful. He even offered to send me a text of the arrangements that he had in his cooler. How many people would do that! Although they were closing within a about a half hour of my calling and although his driver had just left for deliveries he said he would make sure that the arrangement would be delivered that day. Not a traditional way to order flowers. Required a phone call rather than online choices but all bouquets are custom designed. Good value for the money helpful, courteous, friendly staff. I've purchased flowers here a number of times and always had a great experience until recently. This Valentine's day, I ordered an arrangement featuring a number of Lillies with a rose in the center. I placed the order weeks before Valentine's day. When I picked up, I received a vase full of unbloomed Lillies and with a rose in the center. When questioned about it, the person behind the counter explained that's how they got them from their supplier. When I asked if there's anything we can do, I was told no, but that's ok "because she can enjoy them for longer once they bloom." Since it was Valentine's day, I wasn't looking to get into an argument with a line of people behind me waiting for my flowers, but I feel like the professional response would have been to supply an alternative arrangement. Unfortunately my girlfriend will be out of town for the rest of the week, so she received a rose with a bunch of unbloomed flowers in a vase. 4 days afterward and only a few have opened, so by the time they are ready, the rose will be likely be withered. The previous times I've used them have all been 5 stars. This 1 off was likely just due to the Valentine's rush, but it was still pretty disappointing for me. read more
