My entree was to be served hot, but was the same room temperature as her salad and the spaghetti noodles barely bent when picked up with the fork. I feel sorry for the lone young woman who apparently was left to run the place. She was just not ready for all that it entailed, even though she was sincere in her efforts. Why wouldn't an owner be there to see that her business put their best out for customers?
