I had lined up 7 trainers to meet with during the week. My first appointment was with Stef from PPT. She was literally everything I was looking for and needed. Something in my gut told me to go with her and not even bother with the rest and that's exactly what I did. I have absolutely no regrets. I trained with Stef from the beginning of June until the end of September. In that time I managed to lose just over 30lbs. She was with me every step of the way. Our sessions were challenging but fun. When it came to the food she never missed a beat. Always ready to help, even when I went to restaurants and didn't know what to order off the menu. She went above and beyond to help push me every single day. Even on those days when I was just ready to give up. She never cancelled on me and made sure I never cancelled on her (even though there were times I really wanted to lol) if it wasn't for financial reasons I would still train with Stef up until this day. She gave me the skills and information I needed to know so that I can make better food choices. Before I met her all I ate was pasta. Now I know how to plan a healthy meal and still feel satisfied without the pasta.
