C&M does not get credit what we've achieved Our experience with this contractor was completely unacceptable THEY ARE NOT CUSTOM BUILDERS we pacifically asked for reinforced concrete for a car lift in the garage, which was on the blueprints. two months later they brought up that they FORGOT to add it. The project began with a signed contract that specified a monolithic poured foundation, yet somewhere along the way that was changed to a block foundation without our consent . A change of that magnitude should never happen without clear communication, written approval, and full transparency. Instead, the work no longer matched the agreement I originally signed, and no proper explanation or accountability was provided. Once the contract was signed, it was like a completely different ball game. Communication deteriorated significantly, follow-through became inconsistent, and getting straight answers became increasingly difficult. It quickly felt like the level of attention and professionalism that existed prior to signing simply disappeared. There is no professional designer involved. They add whatever is cheapest on their end. The construction manager is very unprofessional and if anything comes up he throws an attitude and will not correct whatever got addressed. Once that last draw was made they deny any responsibility in fixing anything still not fully resolved. The most frustrating part was that the two owners were essentially nonexistent throughout the process. Attempts to get clarity or escalation were met with silence or were passed off, leaving no real leadership or accountability when issues arose. Calls, texts, and emails often went unanswered, and important decisions appeared to be made without proper communication or client involvement. A contract is a binding agreement, not a suggestion. When major aspects of a project are changed without proper authorization and communication breaks down entirely, it raises serious concerns about integrity, reliability, and respect for the customer. What should have been a straightforward construction project turned into a stressful and frustrating experience filled with uncertainty and lack of trust. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this contractor to demand everything in writing, verify all changes, and ensure there is clear accountability before proceeding. It's been the worse experience of building our dream home but unfortunately we wanted the land that came with it. C&M is NOT what it was built from years ago. New owners(that have absolutely no construction skills ) took over and ruined everything Stonecipher had worked for. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME Company anymore. Please do the research and don't make the mistake we did. C&M Custom Homes is NOT your custom home builder.

William at Pro Cut Tree came recommended from various neighbors, so I contacted him about a fairly large tree/shrub removal project around a single family home. Before the job, he came out to walk the property and do a consultation. William walked me through the pros and cons of removing various trees without pressuring me in any direction, and he made sure to give credence to any sentimental value that certain trees might hold for my family. Ultimately, I had two shrub beds cleared, about four very large trees removed, about six medium trees removed, and minor elevation (removal of low branches) done on a couple of trees. His team was able to complete the project promptly in about a day without dragging on because Pro Cut has top of the line, heavy duty machinery at its disposal. I particularly appreciated Pro Cut's fast response when a tree came down in a storm just before the project was about to start, and William took care of that rapidly too. Great customer service. The bottom line is that Pro Cut came recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to others, too. William gave me a very fair rate based on my research, and I also called to confirm Pro Cut's insurance, which was indeed valid but luckily not needed due to their great work.
