Broadcast Generator Holdings (d/b/a Forrest Jordan a/k/a The Generator Guys) has lost all direction. I received two updates for an 8-12 am appointment on 4/5/26. Anyway no one arrived and there was no answer at the local Gulf Breeze Florida office. Apparently the owner, who is physically located in western Pennsylvania, has implemented efficiency measures he learned during his short tenure at McKinsey and Company. These efficiency measures may work in other industries, but obviously not this one. Perhaps had the owner been employed at Bain he would have learned the best way to maximize revenue and control expenses is by MBWA (Management by Walking Around) as opposed to making decisions for a Florida based company from western Pennsylvania... read more

Forrest Jordan Electric LLC is a local generac deal that was recommended to me by Lowe's. Due to this recommendation, I will no longer use any company Lowe's suggests for any type of service. DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL YOUR GENERAC! On the day my Generac was installed, after I had paid, the technician gave me 90 seconds of rushed training. I told him I needed more training on the $12,000 piece of equipment which he ignored and left. He was obviously late for happy hour! I then tried to contact Forrest Jordan for a week. No one answered. There was no voicemail option and the recording said no one was available. This would have been disastrous if I had needed emergency service! I finally contacted Generac in Wisconsin and completely about Forrest Jordan. The next day no one answered but there was a voicemail option. They eventually called me back and grudgingly agreed to send a rep out to provide training the next day. They would not schedule a time. I was told the rep would call when on the way. I waited at home all day. No call! No rep! I again called to complain and they sent out a rep a few days later. Obviously after that, I checked out other local dealers that Generac recommended. I found one that is closer, answers their phone 24/7, is BBB accredited (Forrest Jordan is not), and they charge $300 less for their annual service. FORREST JORDAN ELECTRIC LLC IS NOT REPUTABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, OR RELIABLE! Use another local dealer for your installation & service contract. Our Genrac was installed a few weeks ago. As long time Gulf Coast residents, we know storms. The install crew was prompt, professional, and thorough. 5 star all the way. Installation looks great. The crew that came back to make minor adjustment and insure we were "storm ready" was 5 star as well. They arrived early, knew what had to done. Horrible, horrible install. Not a nice owner and workers are rude. They put the generator in a different location than the plans said and tried to make us pay to move it. Lowes wound up paying them twice because there was no way in hell we were paying twice. Owner accused us of wanting something for nothing. I don't for the life of me know why Lowes continues to use them for their Generac installs. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. In "my" opinion based on the service to date this company is more than willing to take your money and then some, and good luck contacting them or getting a returned call. I left 14 messages to all five prompts With absolutely no returned call. Then they want to continue to take your money with the service department, threatening your warranty will be void if you don't have it serviced by them. Not true, owners can do there own service work and document it per your owners manual. The other review states why does Lowes continue to do business with them, we'll I registered a formal complaint with Lowe's Corporate today and because they are getting so many complaints about this company they have opened a case file to investigate this company. Hopefully Lowe's won't be doing business with this company in the future. I do not recommend them and I would recommend you do your due diligence before you allow them to install a generator for you. read more
