Dr. Tower is an excellent dentist. I finally got a brand new smile and I'm happy to display it every chance I get. Totally recommended.

Dr Kevin Babajoni is great! I needed a 2nd opinion AND a new dentist. I was dissatisfied with my…read moreprevious dentist and found him and the practice through my insurance. I wanted a crown replaced that lingered for months with my old dentist's office due to a variety of inefficiencies. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in quickly. I knew to arrive early to complete new patient paperwork. Staff was pleasant and courteous. I was seen promptly and on time. The dental chair side assistant was efficient, and made sure Dr Babajoni had all the X-rays I'd emailed prior to my visit for his review. Incidentally, the exam room was clean, brightly lit, well equipped. He wanted new x-rays for comparison, at no charge to me. He was able to determine what was medically necessary and what needed to be done. He was efficient and thorough in his explanation. Dr had time in his schedule and was able to get started if I wanted to move forward. I'd waited long enough, and went ahead and started the crown replacement. The insurance had been verified and I knew what I was financially responsible for that day. It took about an hour to do what was necessary and I was able to leave with a temporary crown that looks like a real tooth. The permanent one SB ready in 2 weeks. I was very impressed with Dr Babajoni! It is a busy practice, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and kept things moving efficiently without wasting anyone's time. I have a new dentist and a new practice. Highly recommend!

When I asked the staff she was very nasty and said talk to front desk. I talk to front desk clerk ans she apologized and said she can call me when they can see me. I left Bs was called at 230pm to return to office. When I finally was seen it was the a "specialist " so I could not even get the tooth extracted that I was suppose to get done with my care plan. No apology given and doctor didn't even return to talk to me. I was told I need to go to a different office in oaklawn and maybe a specialist is there. Horrible service and this was giving them a 2nd try!!!! Do not come here. It is very unprofessional!

The two women that finally came out had to take my insurance information a THIRD time. I explained I submitted it once online, the second time over the email and now the third time in their office. I still had to wait additional time to be taken in back to see the dentist. When I tried to explain to the dentist what the problem was a young Latino woman came in and interrupted our conversation by TALKING OVER ME! I had to finally request that she STOP TALKING!!! I think the front reception staff are completely unprofessional and rude, the office appears to be untidy, cramped and unsanitary, and I would NEVER refer this place to anyone!

Saturday, January 18, 2025 11:30 AM Scheduled Appointment…read more MY REVIEW I left out of the dentist office around 1:50 PM today. I am still sitting here in the parking lot. He's an AMAZING dentist . This dentist has the PATIENCE OF A SAINT, especially having to deal with me and my anxieties. He did something that NO OTHER DENTIST has ever done for me. He took his time. He didn't try to rush the process. He talked me through. First he numbed my gums with topical anesthetic. Shortly thereafter he followed up with a needle injection with local anesthetic. Whenever and wherever I told him that I could feel the pinch or hit a nerve, he IMMEDIATELY provided me with additional local anesthetic. It got to a point where I NO LONGER COULD FEEL A THING. I settled in my seat and let him work. At 61 years old, this is the first real dentist visit that made me feel that he listened to me, he heard me, and he obliged me. He focused on my comfort. I was crying with all of the needle injections, but then the meaning of my tears changed from pain to joy as I realized that I was finally going to get through the dental service that I needed and I now have a dentist that I am going to stick with forever. I still can't feel the right side of my face, but the anesthetic is slowly but surely wearing off. I was given a couple of prescriptions for the pain, but I am going to go ahead and try to sleep through the pain without any medicine. I have a short visit with the dentist on Thursday and then I have another Saturday appointment for him to work on the left side of my mouth. The dentist mentioned those slightly loose teeth at the bottom front of my mouth. They were loose enough that if he removed 100% of the plaque between the teeth, he said that he was afraid that they would fall out. Thus, during my next procedure in February, he's going to create a type of splint to keep those slightly loose teeth stabilized while my gums begin to heal and get stronger. Ultimately, if everything goes as planned, I will KEEP ALL 32 OF MY TEETH. Heading to Smoothie King and then home. I don't think that I will be able to eat nothing but soft foods for a few days. This is a fairly expensive journey, but it's one that can yield an abundance of dividends. I'm finally going to have both my of daughter's smiles. He kept telling her to hold up my auxillary. It got to the point I held it myself. they talked to me as if I was a typical uneducated black woman. I have a MBA in Healthcare. I asked for my tooth (my crystal). The assistant said I could not have it. Why, it is mine? I want it. After rolling her eyes, I called her out on it. She denied it. Rico told her to clean it up and give it to me. After a few minutes he came and talked to me about the procedure and after care. Unfortunately for him, my spirit had already alerted me of the BS. Like his penis being too close to my face. I ignored it. FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. Then he ask me if she gave me my tooth. I told him no and if she destroyed it, there is going to be a problem. I followed him to where she was and yep, she destroyed it. I asked why she just had this little smirk on her face while looking at him. I asked what was so funny? We are going back and forth. Rico tried to say she did not her him. She heard him. She said, ok. I HEARD THEM BOTH! The assistant had a star sticker on her face. I wanted to make her SEE STARS! THEN... as I was asking her, the assistant, what was so funny ANOTHER ASSISTANT GOT IN MY FACE AND SAID... SHE IS NOT LAUGHING. I said to her "I was not talking to you". Her and I went back and forth a few times until the GIRL/BOY assisatant got in between us said something in spanish to her and she moved. WTF did IT say? That was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional!!! I honestly belive she did what he told her to do. They played in my face and thought it was funny! Hey Rico, star face is to young to play the game that you all are playing in there. I can tell that us FBAs are a hot topic in that office after our visits. And another thing, you have on way to much cologne. You don't how the smell may affect the patients. For instance, I got a headache from that stanking smell. You all swoll but I think you are a hiding a secret. While star face and the others are all over you, all googely eyed you want their brother, don't you? I am not done! BBB will hear from me next.
