Dr. Bottorff just moved his Harmony Chiropractic practice from a sketchy funky building on the very east side of Brookside to a new, modern and clean building over in the heart of 39th St. in midtown. I've been going to Dr. Bottorff for years. He does old school adjustments meaning he manually adjust you and gets things lined up. He is an awesome person with a calm and attentive manner. He looks like a thinner version of Santa Clause and Dr. Andrew Weil, which in my opinion should make everyone very comfortable. He spends a ton of time listening and addressing all of your issues. He very much treats the entire body instead of just one specific problem. He offers chiropractic care, therapeutic massage and yoga therapy. He is not one to put you on a schedule of visits, he is just available when you need him. His prices are very reasonable and does accept insurance. He only takes cash or personal checks......I know I know, who carries a check book with them these days? On my very first visit I didn't have cash or my check book. He sent the receipt home with me to mail it in later or just to bring payment on my next visit. It was like I was living in Mayberry with the trusted ol doc.....it instantly made me love him. If you find yourself out of whack, give Dr. Bottorff a chance!

He does amazing therapeutic massage, and although I can't help from being skeptical about chiropractic adjustments, I cannot argue with the results. He scouted out and recommended the perfect yoga class for me. Later, two years ago, I got rear-ended, whiplash, and it was bad. Severe continuing neck problems. Dr. Doug developed a course of treatment for me and I am all better now. He is such a careful, thoughtful practitioner. If you have pain, you should go to him. His practice is also called Harmony Chiropractic, and that is how Dr. Bottorff practices - he treats your whole person. Today it's at a 5...maybe even a 4. Just in that short period of time, I'm now able to turn my head to look over my shoulder when I'm driving, I'm eating solid foods again, it's been 3 days since my last headache which used to be a daily occurrence, and I've gone two days without Advil! Dr. Ryan takes the time to explain what's going on and is incredibly patient with my never ending stream of questions. I did a google search to find a walk-in chiropractor, as I was needing some immediate attention. I walked into the office which was nice and clean. Dr Bailey greeted me immediately and took me right on back. He asked me a few questions, and was very nice and professional. Within a couple minutes he was already adjusting my back. I immediately began to feel relief. He left me with recommendations on how to care for my back over the next couple days. He didn't try to start me on any treatment plans, but encouraged me to come back when I felt the need to, before it became too painful. I hadn't found a chiropractor who didn't want a long evaluation with x rays, etc. I needed a place I could get in when I really need to. I think I've found that place now, and I will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends!

He was very thourough and has great bedside manner. He was able to find my injured and aching spots immediately. Next was xray and electric trigger point therapy. Finally Dr J did my adjustment. I was pretty nervous but he explained exactly what each adjustment would feel and sound like. It's not the most gentle treatment and required some unusual thrusting, pushing, and pulling. I have no doubt he was in complete control and knew exactly what he was doing. It's been a few hours and I feel less stiff, more flexible, and less pain in my areas. Pretty sure I'll be back
