She was not courteous in her talking and seemed frustrated as she was getting information from me. I pray that she will change and no one else has to be talked to in that way. My dad had been ill for a while, so before he passed away, we had already met with Phillip Peevey to discuss arrangements and make some decisions ahead of time. When my dad left us earlier this month, Phillip was comforting, prepared, and so helpful. He assisted us in not only choosing a casket and making cremation arrangements, but communicated on our behalf with the church where my dad would have his services held (the Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church). His familiarity with the church's preferences on funeral arrangements meant that every step of the way, Phillip had answers to the questions we asked (I am quite confident he has similar relationships with other churches as well -- he is kind and thoughtful and a pleasure to work with). He knew the priests at the church well and was able to call them himself to confirm dates and times while we were in meetings with him. The facilities at Peevey were lovely and we felt so comfortable hosting our visitation there -- our friends and family who came to pay their respects to my dad loved that we were able to display awards and recognitions of my dad's that were meaningful to all of us, and the screens in the main chapel allowed us to show a rolling slideshow of photos that we loved. At every step of the way, Phillip looked out for our family to ensure we were able to do for my dad what he had wished to be done. He was personally present at the visitation, at the church for funeral services, and accompanied my dad and my family to the cremation center after the services were concluded. Phillip was considerate, respectful, and made the difficult process as easy as we could ever have hoped. The staff at Peevey were equally respectful and a pleasure to work with. There is no other place I could have imagined helping us through the farewell process we were able to give my dad that would have offered us more dignity and kindness. The next day when we finalized the paperwork, he helped with telling us how long it would take and how the process worked with everyone involved. Doctor, county, state and his requirements. Denise was very respectful and tried to be helpful. It's just the service from the actual business office fell off. Update: unfortunately communication still has been somewhat unprofessional. In their response to my review on google they stated that I could email them the receipt and they would cover the cost. I had Xigman company come out and mount the tv. They were very efficient. I contacted them Wednesday and they came out Thursday morning to hang the Tv. They were on time and very professional. I tried emailing my receipt to email on Dimbo avl website, no response. I was able to speak with Dennis and the email he gave me did not work. I've tried calling, texting, and leaving a messages with no response to any unfortunately. Update 5/11: Reached out once again and spoke with Dennis and he stated that "because he is the owner and the review is published he changed his mind and decides to no longer cover the cost of the TV mounting".
