Youd think theyd want the childs jacket back... So i called again the following week without hearing back from them and the lady was yelling over me and told me the jacket I dropped off was blue (it was not) but even if it was, it was not a childs jacket and now somebody is missing their jacket .The lady i spoke with is extremely unprofessional. She didnt acknowledge the time I was put on hold or my time and financial inconvenience of her mistake as she told me i dropped it off with her. I'll eat the $75 but i would like my original jacket back, as i am sure the child whos jacket I received would like his back as well.
