She didnt acknowledge the time I was put on hold or my time and financial inconvenience of her mistake as she told me i dropped it off with her. I'll eat the $75 but i would like my original jacket back, as i am sure the child whos jacket I received would like his back as well. I was greeted warmly when I came in, and was told they will have my 4 items taken care of by 5pm the next day (Took it in Thursday). And the icing on the cake, the total was fairly reasonable for next day service.
