On our way down 85 towards Montgomery, we were…read morepleasantly surprised to see the billboards counting down the miles, so when we got to the Auburn area, we had to make a quick stop. We had just filled up and were good on road snacks, but we still swung by and of course found something to get. This location is a tad smaller than other locations, especially in the gas pump area Still large compared to your standard stores, but smaller compared to other Buc-ees locations. We got to experience the ole "brisket on the board" as soon as we walked in, and of course, we decided to scoop up a few sammies to eat when we reached out hotel. It was the perfect welcome snack for us! Outside of the brisket, we went ahead and scooped up hotel room snacks and drinks. We planned on doing that at a store near the hotel, but when in Rome... Inside to outside was well kept and clean, and of course the service was stellar! Overall, solid Buc-ees location!

I mean there's the King of these places like Buc-ee's and I remember one near the Mexico border that had NO door on the toilet and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the Alamo. This place was super clean, had lots of convenience items with a friendly staff AND their chicken looked and smelled so good I had to try it. Wow, gas station dining is like Russian roulette and not for the faint of heart but the chicken here is legit! If I lived near this place I'd no doubt be a regular, certainly for the fried chicken, but because these folks know how to run a traveler's oasis where it's well lit, clean, friendly and got some kickin' chicken. Bottom line: Well stocked and friendly staff, spotlessly clean and did I mention that have really good chicken :-)

She said you will have to go back outside and come around to the other doors to come in. The store seperates liquor sales from food side . All that keeps u from going to food side is a little swinging door which i was already half in. Im 58 white business owner and i dont think i look like a shop lifter. So i did turn around and go back out and got in my truck and left. I will just take my business elsewhere

Once I got to a gas pump, I was able to quickly gas up annnnnnnd get my receipt! There was a sticky substance near the pump I used so that was annoying. I ran in to use the restroom. Clean as whistle! It was easy to jump back on the interstate to resume my road trip to Gulf Shores!
