If you think that this clinic cuts corners, it does! If you think this clinic is up for cash grabs whenever it can, it does! My mother had a CT scan for abdominal pain back in March of 2023 for her gal bladder and it was noted she had inflammation, yet the doctor did not recommend or prescribe any medication to treat the small issue she had. Flash forward to August 2023, she goes back to the ER with a different CT scan from STAT Emergency and is told the gal bladder inflamed even more, and she would have to undergo surgery to remove it. Let me get this straight. You people didn't mitigate the risk when you had the chance, but saved all your efforts till the last minute when you could charge the insurance company as much as possible putting her under several anesthesia drugs to the point where she needed CPR and a defibrillator after going into cardiac arrest. I could've lost my mother all because you people didn't see a need to stop a train in its tracks with all the bells and whistles going off. If you still don't think FDRM isn't a cash grab, I will also mention that one of the cardiologists saw something concerning and said her heart was functioning at 15% yet did not see her lower extremities inflamed or swollen. At the same time, she was able to walk normally. Tell me why did this doctor recommend she'd go through another operation to check her heart, more anesthesia, and that if they'd find anything she'd have to be transported to San Antonio via helicopter. This doctor CLEARLY wanted another cash grab at our insurance. Thankfully, we declined and got a second opinion from Dr. Cigarroa who told us that her heart was fine and not bad at all as Dr. Walder claimed. I hope FDRM spends the money they sucked out of putting an innocent woman out of work and in so much pain all because they let the situation get worse before addressing it. Lived here since 2013 and staff is rude, especially ER, waiting time is insane once we waited 8 hours. Not to mention how f'd up they are by not giving me a work excuse because I'm a step dad, who does that??? Local is the worst. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. I had to stop here twice in consecutive times because my grandmother had severe pain in her kidney. Not only did they give her scans to see what was wrong with her and no where did they say nothing about her Gallbladder having stones. We were on vacation so this ER was the only one we could count on. Not only did the doctor just show up once but the nurses there clearly didn't care. My grandmother waited in severe pain for hours waiting for the doctors to do something about it.It was the worst service ever. My grandmothers gallbladder needed help and they just send her home with pain killers and told her to go to her primary doctor. There's no real medical help here. I had to cross the border to get real medical assistance.This place needs to be shut down. Having to wait in the ER 3 hrs is ridiculous. read more

Made a complaint to hospital, and still no change in registration process, 5 windows are available for registering, but only one is used. Many people in lobby waiting for registration! If there was a option for no stars, that's what I would be putting read more

This whole ordeal today was ridiculous, there seems to be no clear communication from doctors to nursing staff and the patients are suffering for it. There needs to be a better flow of communication so that there are no confused nurses. Worst thing is that there wasn't even an overflow of patients. If you can't handle 3/5 What makes you think you can handle 15 beds? Do better. read more

Checked in at 9:23am was called back until 10:05am with only one person in front of me. While registering, the receptionist was on a personal call gossiping and taking down my info down at the same time. Some of the employees are not very professional or friendly. read more

This hospital is one of the worst hospital I have ever been in! I would inform anyone who seeks medical attention to be sent to a other hospital outside the community and the city! Doctors are good but he or she is limited to what the hospital will do for the patients! read more

Slow af, might as well go to a better hospital out of town. I've been in the waiting room for almost an hour with a head injury, and I've only seen 2 people get called. I'm contemplating whether or not to just leave and deal with the pain, but you just can't do that with a head injury. read more

The Fdrmc the receptionist is front taking the info ask me for a down payment to be seen while I had 0 money on me no I'd or wallet had a high fever she told me I would not be seen by physician if I don't pay i literally had to threaten them with a lawsuit cuz they wanted to kick me out but thankfully the nurses knew me told her to back off they are the worst but the doctor and nurses were nice to me read more

Brought my dad for a simple blood draw still waiting after 1 hour and half. The whole process of checking in is ridiculous. Spent 2 hours here for a five minute procedure. read more
