    Chicken pot pie to go
    Mark B.

Mid to large sized Post Exchange(PX). Serves the largest Basic Combat Training/Boot Camp in the Army. Hits/Positives: 1. Fully stocked. Got the items I needed. They even sell guns and accessories. Something I'm not used to on Navy bases. 2. Customers Service- Friendly, happy and standing by to assist. It is a fairly large PX. It's nice to be greeted and asked if I need help. 3. Food Court- Boston Market. Those pot pies kept me happy! 4. Tax Free. 5. Large parking lot. Miss/need improvement: 1. They have about 8 registers but only have 2 or sometimes 3 open. You end up spending more time waiting to pay than shopping. 2. Food Court-Arby's/BK & Taco Bell closes an hour early. Disappointed getting there at 1855 and they closed off the lines. Boston Market and Charley's are open till 2000.

Great shopping and food. I love the size and the lay out of the PX. The lay out can be compared to the Fort Gordon PX. The buyers are obviously in tune to the area clientele. I thought that their choice in women clothing, lingerie and toddler section were stylish. However I was not pleased with the shoe selections. The shoes were basic and boring and offered minimal in the way of children. I thought the purse and perfume selections were plentiful. The kiosk stations located in the lobby offer a variety of unique gift giving ideas. Each kiosk representative greeted us with a warm welcoming invitation to browse. The installation has quick access to the freeway and surrounding area.

The store is always clean, bathroom, and parking lot. The food court is pretty good. I like Charley's. The prices are decent.

Some are thrift-like, some are vintage, some are new. As seems often the case, nearly everything was geared towards women though. My colleague purchase a cute pair of earrings for $16. The elderly gentleman that was running the store was super friendly. Parking is a challenge - there's a double row of metered spots splitting the U-shaped strip mall but every spot was taken (we had walked from our conference/hotel). Turnover seemed decent but there are always several cars circling. FYI we saw a meter maid giving tickets too.

I went in to sell some clothes, and I asked the man there if it was a consignment store. He told me…read more"no". I was confused, and when I looked it up, it does say consignment. He sent me to a buy/sell/trade establishment, and but they gave me $10 for several silk ties bought at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and still in the wrapping as well as some amazing clothing that my mother had before she died (from Jones of New York and Talbotts, almost never worn). I felt like he thought I wouldn't have anything because of the way I was dressed. (I don't dress up to show my status in the world, and clothes are not that important to me.) I really despise what feels like prejudice, and I cannot believe that he lied straight to my face and didn't even tell me of the other consignment store on the street.

They let me shop without a mask because of my medical exemption but after about 3 weeks of shopping…read moreseveral times a week with no problems and spending about $1,000, a manager decided I couldn't shop there any longer without a mask even though I told him about my medical exemption. He's an older black man and he hated my guts from the first time I shopped there without a mask. He never said a word until weeks later. He seems to do nothing but stare creepily at customers as they shop. The employees there, who are amazing, friendly people, don't wear a mask all the way half the time. I exchanged words with the manager and his senior manager, an older woman, and they both decided to discriminate against me for having a medical condition which prevents me from wearing a mask even though the mask ordinance is very clear that we are not to be discriminated against for this reason. Nobody at Crazy Cazboys is a medical doctor and they have no business asking anyone to wear a mask. That's a serious medical intervention. You can't ask customers to take a prescription pill to enter a store nor can you lawfully ask customers to cut off their oxygen and increase their carbon dioxide. I'm speaking from 15 years of working in a full body hazmat suit and mask and a BS in Nutrition. I know more about the human body than these people. If you're cool with mask tyranny then they have some nice things to buy. I'll never support a business that treats good, paying customers like they treated me.
