They are amazing. He spent quite a bit of time going over significant issues of the home that he felt will cost me money. Was on time, very friendly. The office manager replies to emails/texts very very very quickly. They are a small business, and pricing is much better than larger franchise home inspection companies. My last home purchase, the home inspection company missed major interior and exterior issues - and within the first 2 months, I had to spend $30,000 on repairing leaks, roofing, as well as swimming pool issues. Last time the inspector barely spent 2 minutes with me and basically just said 'you'll get the report', while this company went through things right at the time of inspection, sent the report within same day, and had high quality drone images and interior and exterior videos with the report. I did not do an inspection prior to buying my home, so this inspection was just for my own knowledge about my house. My second home inspection was virtual due to COVID. The inspection happened in the morning and by 3/4pm I received a full inspection report with photographs and videos.
