Luckily Upper West Cleaners was right up the road, and able to pick up/drop off from the hotel. Maria assisted me personally, and made sure that my laundry was washed with the requested detergent (sensitive skin abounds in our crew!) Our clothes came bag folded and sorted nicely in clear bags. The price was in line with other cleaners for fluff and fold services. Turnaround time was less than 24 hours! I will definitely use them again if I'm downtown and need my laundry mountain conquered.

She watched me step away to pub Nextdoor while I waited for clothes to dry, and she quickly emptied all my items as quickly as she could in bags and carts. All was caught on video!
