There's an attendant there who's always cleaning the bathrooms, mopping, and sweeping the floors. This place stays pretty clean. Also, the machines are in good working condition. Now, the vending machine is never full, but the arcade games seems to be in good working condition. As for the value, the washers and dryers aren't expensive. A wash ranges from $2- 6.50. The dryers are all $0.25/ 8 minutes and they're pretty big. Overall, I'd come here again. It's clean and get the job done.

Here's the short version... take your money somewhere else…read more I paid $130 for two formal dresses to be dry cleaned through an alterations shop who outsources dry cleaning through this place. Absolutely terrible experience, after 3x of refusing the wedding dress that had not been touch (red tape marking spots from shop 1 still intact all 3 times), I visited with an employee from the alterations business and we talked to the owner- I think his name was Ben, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. Said, "this is why I don't work with brides..." even though they advertise dress restoration in their shop. He spoke over me and the woman with aforementioned place while trying to explain what was going on and that we'd both previously called and spoken with Carla and that we'd had issues trying to get this rectified speaking with her. While explaining that my frustration was also due to the fact someone from out of state was trying to purchase my dress and that these spots not being treated were holding me up, his response was, "I think someone coming from out of state to purchase this dress is a mistake". Don't bother with these people, if they screw up no one will take accountability or even apologize. I did finally pick up my dress (after the 4th time), the spots were mostly done, and so was the red tape, proving they didn't touch it the first 3. They didn't say a word, hung my dress on the hanger and left the room. Dude seems like just another boomer complaining about how younger folks don't have any respect for anyone, he was so disrespectful toward their ampoules that the alterations shop is looking for a new vendor Phots aren't really of the stain but you can see a small portion of the red tape- this was after the 3rd time. The lady that cleans facility and helps keep in order is very sweet (pls note she does not speak English very well ) NOTE / WARNING - I never had any issues here until recently, no fault of facility. A local resident STOLE all my belongings out of a huge dryer that contained two huge loads of laundry. She watched me step away to pub Nextdoor while I waited for clothes to dry, and she quickly emptied all my items as quickly as she could in bags and carts. All was caught on video! Do not leave thing unattended. I made a mistake and trusted people. She is first person ever to do this in 2 months. Pics and video below! Owners had it all on camera and promptly aided me in capturing theft on video. If you know this person beware!!

I put ALL my clothes INSIDE the washing machine and an employee came up to me saying that her coworker didn't want to clean the machines anymore "if you want to wash your going to have to take out your clothes & move them to the other side & if you put softener you'll have to put it inside since she doesn't want to clean it" *rolls her eyes* the fact that even your own employees are complaining about this person is insane there's no reason you should have people like this working here! I wasn't able to get her name but she's always working here she has blond/ brownish hair & a light complexion she's always closing at nights/she speaks Spanish as well I wasn't able to get her name because I didn't want to interact with her again but this is insane I've never had to deal with something like this & I'm so disappointed. I truly wish you guys will look into fixing this problem so other customers don't experience the same treatment. He explained their card payment program and was very helpful when I had any questions along the way. Both David and Dana were friendly and helpful and were constantly cleaning. The pricing is very fair and competitive with other laundromats in the area. They even run specials! I was impressed! I like the little seating areas where you can relax and even make new friends! I told him my husband's in there pooping. Attendant had a crowd of ppl behind him. Totally ignores me. Continues to try to go in the occupied restroom. I said it again. He finally walks away. Acted like we did something wrong. Paying customers and all. The owner keeps paying for fake reviews to negate my bad ones. He's literally paying customers with free washes. He should probably just speak to the person that's giving the bad review and apologize for his employees bad behavior instead. It's really sick the treatment we got. Especially being the only folks there that didn't look like washed out crack heads. After my husband was done a few minutes later this rude attendant entered and closed the door and then left and returned several times to the restroom with different strange men.

The washing machines also has some option for credit card payment, not just using coins. Many tables for folding clothes...and the restroom is clean and smell good too! In their email, they stated there was a local laundromat about 5 minutes away in the Kroger lot. So off I went. They have 3 different size machines (Large-$5.50/load, Medium-$4.50/load, Small-$2.50/load) I didn't realize they had the small load washers because they are cleverly put on the back side of the rows facing away from the door, so I used a medium when a small machine would definitely have been enough. I get it though; business 101. Dryers are .25c/10minutes I think. The place itself seemed pretty clean and I was there on a Monday around 7-7:30 (they open at 7A) and only a couple people were there.
