Today makes a month and change. In that time, we have never managed to reach them by phone, their storefront has nobody present at it, and they refuse to even let us leave a VM because their mailbox is full. I understand that small businesses face challenges, but them DOUBLING the completely arbitrary timeline that THEY gave to us, taking our money (it wasn't cheap - we wanted to support a local business but for that price we should have gotten them in a week) and then never being available for any kind of questions while failing to deliver the ONLY product they offer? Shame. Because of these people's incompetent inability to provide what I've already paid for, I've already missed multiple events where we needed to promote our business. Don't be like me, be smart, and get your shirts anywhere else. These crooks will only take your money and go radio silent for a month. Avoid them at all cost. Should they provide my product and a reasonable explanation or a refund, I'll happily take this down. Stay safe out there

Placed an order over 20 days ago with rush production and got ghosted, contacted them for chuck to say they are in the mail and sorry for the delay, a week later and still nothing, tried calling all day on Sept 29th and no answer, my wife decides to block the call and he picks right up, said hes sorry that the stickers have already been shipped out and he will send the tracking. Fast forward to the next day and I get confirmation that he created the tracking label after or conversation. I understand that business runs behind but be straight with me so I can tell my customers the truth... will be the last time I order with them. Shady company with shady business ethics.
