When I arrived, the coordinator had the wrong idea about why I was there. He said, "We talked about this package, right?" I said no, it was a different one. He repeated that he thought I had selected the other package, even after I pulled out my phone and showed him the message confirming what we had actually discussed. Still, no real acknowledgment of the mix-up. Then he told me, "He won't be here until 9," referring to the person I was supposed to meet with. I reminded him we had agreed on 8:30. He asked if I wanted to wait or come back tomorrow. I simply said, "No, I'm going to leave." I had taken time off work for what was supposed to be a quick 20-minute appointment. I don't have the flexibility to just wait around or reschedule on short notice. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability--no sincere apology, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to make it right. Owning up to an error goes a long way in customer service, and that was completely missing here. I left feeling like my time and business didn't matter to them. Leaving 1 star because the lack of preparation and accountability turned what should've been a simple, exciting meeting into a frustrating waste of time.

Every time I come in she is the only person upfront working as a cashier and an Amazon return returns. Today I witnessed her ask for help multiple times and no one came to help her. She was still quick and asked me about my day and my plans for the weekend. amazing customer service regardless of her being visibly stressed. there were at least 15 people in line for both. My overall experience is a 0/5 stars because of the poor quality customer service, display of the store and lack of items for sale. I went in this store on a Sunday after looking at the new weekly offers hoping they'd be stocked up with what they advertised. When I arrived right when they opened, I asked the guy with dyed hair in the front and a mask on where I can find a specific item (post it dispenser) and he told me to go to aisle 2 where post its were. I would have appreciated if he actually took me to the item as he was not doing anything but standing there in the first place. I went to look for the post it dispenser only to be greeted with low stocked shelves and not the item I was looking for. I perused around the store and enjoyed adding items to my cart and then took a dispenser to the front cashier (2018359) he tried his best to help me get the post it dispenser I was looking for by looking at the SKU, showing they had it in stock and directed me to the person I already interacted with when I arrived. He walked me to the post its and I asked if he can look in the back. It took about 2-3 minutes and this employee walked right by me to the cashier 2018359 and delivered the post it dispenser. As a customer I would have appreciated if this employee connected with me more by bringing what I asked directly to me instead of acting like I was a bother or nonexistent. I also would have appreciated if this employee actually brought more than just my item out to add more to the shelves in case other customers like me wanted to buy it. This makes the customer experience AND the employee experience more enjoyable because it is efficient to make sure stock is out for customers to get. I surely hope this Staples is receptive to feedback and makes some positive improvements to make customers feel welcome with good interactions so customers want to come back to shop here.

If she has a question, she responds quickly. The quality is perfect, and the cost is reasonable. I've been sending printing request to Jennie for years, and I'm always happy when I pick up the prints.

The order was done by the day and time they said it was going to be done at. They are easy to work with and they can help you with the layout. The store is set up to get you in and out quickly.

When I called back, (likely wrecking at least a portion of her morning's work), she remained unflustered and got the time re-set for the following day. Devin was the technician. He worked through a number of tests and made a recommendation as well as the "fix". Although I'm in a remote and desolate part of northern California I am pleased to report there are professional and personable IT services and management available.....even here.
